"Convenient N/S, N/P, apt with ocean view from bedroom. Beautiful Ocean Park Beach steps away from apt and 15 minute walk to restaurants and shops in Condado. 5 minute walk to Ocean Park restaurants and near City bus stop to go to Old San Juan. Staff friendly and very efficient. A/C worked great, but it was nice to leave the windows open and hear the waves at night. Comfortable bed and kitchen great for those who like to cook some of their own meals. I'm glad we chose the guest house at Numero Uno for our 1st visit to San Juan."

"Having visited San Juan many times, we found this rental to be the most perfect accommodation to date. The location provides a short walk to wonderful restaurants and/or anything else one would need. The condo was clean, very tastefully appointed, and the fourth floor view of the beautiful Condado beach was spectacular. Being a cook, I also loved that the kitchen was so well equipped. The owner was most gracious and very helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends."

"We are three couples in our sixties, from frozen Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.A.
Every year or two, we take an excursion, find a rental, and expect a good time.
We had a good time, and more, the first week of March, 2015.
We found a beautiful condo, as described in the website.
We found a location that was central to an island experience that was above expectation. We took the city bus to Old San Juan on two days (#21 or #53 are right there!) Excellent, affordable dining was within a short walk. We enjoyed breakfasts each day in the condo. A two hour walk on the beach each day would leave a salt residue on our eyeglasses. We can understand how the salt air affects so many surfaces.
We rented a car for a day around El Yunque, and recommend it to anyone!
We don’t consider ourselves “easy to please”, some things were not perfect. Wi-fi did not work the first few days we were there. The kitchen could use more measuring and mixing utensils. But as we settled into the place (and our vacation), we found that whatever we needed was provided."

"I rented this condo sort of last minute for my friend's last minute birthday vacation. Amy was always reachable. We didn't have any issues with the Condo. Other than our early arrival and miscommunication from my part letting Amy know the time of arrival. When we got there we had to wait little over an hour to get the keys to the condo. Once we got the the condo everything went as expected. The place is very convenient and close to the main condado street "Ashford" where you can find restaurants, bars, cvs, market and casinos. My friend loved how she can just walk to the Marriott and gamble. The beach is also down the street. I'm not a "keys" person and in this condo you need a key for everything, to open the gate to access the floor to the condo from the elevator ect. But that's just me, if you don't mind keys you're fine. We loved that the condo had a washer and dryer. We were able to wash our beach towels and used them the next time. I would definitely rent from Amy again. In fact we are planning our next vacation to PR early next year and we will come back to Amy."
