  • Loved It

"The best rental ever. I was so pleased with the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. Very convenient location. Having the beach and pool close was the best part of staying in the apartment. Nora enclosed information recommending restaurants and nearby businesses before arriving that made it easier for us to get all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely stay there again. It was well worth it. Wonderful vacation. I highly recommend it."

  • For someone who does not normally write reviews, I had too with this experience.

"I was very wary of San Juan and this place. I wasn't sure if I was cheeping out on not going to a resort. However, after 5 nights and visiting friends and family that were staying in the resorts and hotels, this was perfect in everyway. I am not sure of the order, so in no particular order. 1. Location - I felt we were in the center of Isla Verde. We were about 300 yards from the Ritz (we went to a wedding there, so literally walked on the beach for 90 seconds and were at the wedding); family stayed at the El San Juan and that was a 4 minute walk on the beach. Had lunch and drinks on the ocean at La Playita, which was two buildings down. Had breakfast and coffee at local restaurants which were about a 5 minute walk. Walgreens was 5 minutes away. We did not rent a car and had no need. Took a cab to El San Juan for two days. 2. View - of all the friends and family who stayed at the Ritz and El San Juan, we easily had the best view. Ocean breeze - open the windows and sliding glass door and the breeze is perfect. 3. Cleanliness and comfort - very clean, felt very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, shower had multiple heads, plenty of furniture and closet to store clothes, large TV in the living room, fully equipped kitchen- a true home away from home."

  • Awesome Puerto Rico getaway -- best location!

"This property is clean and exactly as pictured. It is on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view from a balcony equipped with 2 chairs, a cafe table and a hammock. A lovely breeze and ocean sounds create a very relaxing and comfortable living area and balcony. A/C in the bedroom worked well. No problems with hot water. No problems with neighbors. No leaks. I would disregard the previous negative post. WiFi is available now. Best location! This beach was our favorite in PR, and we visited a few other beaches that our tour book highlighted -- nothing compared to Isla Verde! Covered/secure parking is a bonus, as there is so much to see and explore on this beautiful island. Annie and Zahatiel were wonderful hosts. All of the previous reviews are spot-on. They took great care of us. The condo was equipped with everything we might need for adventure and fun. No, it is not fully updated, but we don't need granite countertops to enjoy our vacation. Finally, as budget travelers, my sister and I could not be happier. Dining in PR is a bit expensive. Having a stocked kitchen made it easy to cook breakfast and enjoy coffee each morning. We took advantage of roadside fruit stands, Pinones and Luquillo kioskos, and lichones in Guavate -- and always brought home carry-out to reheat or pack for an excursion. Hiking in El Yunque? Grab the cooler, slice up pineapple, toss in the leftover cerviche and chips, load towels and go! Hit the beach in Farjardo or Luquillo after. And, of course, keep the condo stocked with PR rum for happy hours on the beautiful balcony. Enjoy!"

  • Our first visit to Isle Verde won't be our last!

"This was our first visit to Isle Verde and we couldn't have loved it more. The location of the condo was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants. The condo was comfortable and roomy with a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and close proximity to the wonderful pool. We had rented a car and it was great having a parking space for our use. Isle Verde is the ideal location for a magnificent beach, safely walking the area, and easy access to many activities. We visited Old San Juan, hiked El Yunque, kayaked the bioluminescent bay, ziplined at ToroVerde and even experienced cockfighting with the arena right down the street. It was a fabulous vacation for a winter getaway and we definitely hope to return one day."
