  • What a great place

"My family and I loved the accomidations, clean, comfortable and AC..:0) What a neat lady the owner was - Lucy is so friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough about how welcome we felt. Peurto Rico is/was beautiful and having a great place to retire to at night was the perfect compliment to this neat island. The unit is in a safe gated community and Isle Verde was excellent..you can feel very safe coming to this area - tons of places to eat, grocery easy walking distance, ATM's, steps to the beach, right across the street, Hotel Casino's across the street as well - you never felt congested with people though Charlie car rental is walking distance if you rent a car they'll pick up from the airport and you don't pay the $20 for a 30 second can ride..you live and learn..ha ha! Awesome on every level"

  • Our first visit to Isle Verde won't be our last!

"This was our first visit to Isle Verde and we couldn't have loved it more. The location of the condo was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants. The condo was comfortable and roomy with a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and close proximity to the wonderful pool. We had rented a car and it was great having a parking space for our use. Isle Verde is the ideal location for a magnificent beach, safely walking the area, and easy access to many activities. We visited Old San Juan, hiked El Yunque, kayaked the bioluminescent bay, ziplined at ToroVerde and even experienced cockfighting with the arena right down the street. It was a fabulous vacation for a winter getaway and we definitely hope to return one day."

  • Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

"My husband and I stayed at the condo for our honeymoon. Not only did we appreciate the breathtaking views but the condo has everything you need inside and out. Located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and night life. Hubby and I will definitely come back!"

  • Great location on the beach!

"We stayed at this condo for 6 nights post cruise. Gaby, the owner, was lovely and great to work with. She answered questions via email and met us at the condo. She was flexible with our arrival and departure times which we appreciated. The security deposit was returned within days of us returning home. The location is ideal, beach is beautiful. We rented chairs and umbrella on the beach for $18 ($4 each for lounge chairs, $10 for a big beach umbrella) most days. The condo buildings are next to the Intercontinental Hotel and across from many restaurants and places to get groceries. Couldn't be more ideal. The Coral Beach are among the older condos on the beach but have the biggest pool and amazing security. The condo is actually perpendicular to the beach so only the very corner rooms are actually beachfront. At night if curtains weren't closed and you have the light on you are in full view of the apartments directly across. However, there is a good side view of the beach from the balcony or if you are close to the window. The air conditioning worked well but we preferred to have the windows open. The tv's had quite a few English channels including the major networks, CNN and children's stations. Internet worked well while we were there. The kitchen seemed well equipped although we did not really cook! There is a washer and dryer which we used a few times. The dryer vents into the condo with hot humid air though so we only used it when we had the sliding door open. Bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The king bed was very comfortable, had a good quality mattress with nice sheets. We slept great. Nice bedroom furniture. The comforter provided was really heavy. It might have been nice to have had a lighter weight bedspread or blanket as an alternative. There was not a bedside clock. Lots of storage. A walkin closet had hangers, shelves and space to store suitcases. Beach toys and basketball provided. The living room area was spacious but sparsely furnished. The futon was clean, looked OK but was not comfortable for 2 people to stretch out with a book or watching TV. If you only wanted an extra sleeping space it would be fine. A regular sofa and a comfy armchair would have been nice. This would be our only reason for not returning. We brought our our own beach towels, the ones provided are small (more like bath towels). We had a great week and would recommend the condo and owner wholeheartedly."
