  • Beautiful Studio, Great location!

"First I have to say that Oscar has been great to work with from start to finish, and I can't thank him enough for letting us stay in the beautiful studio! It has an amazing ocean view from the 19th floor balcony, and the building is very clean and secure and in the heart of Condado, which is really the place to be for tourists-access to tons of restaurants and beaches and an easy ride into Old San Juan. Front desk staff was very helpful in calling cabs and helping us arrange tours. There is a gorgeous pool if you get tired of the beach, and a fitness room and coin laundry in the building as well. The other tenants in the building were all very friendly and welcoming too. The studio itself is very clean and open and bright, plenty of room for our group of 3. It came with lots of towels and 2 beach chairs. Free wifi and a nice small kitchen for when you want to take a break from restaurants. All around very comfortable, and if I can make it back to San Juan I would stay here again, hands down!"

  • Was a Good Choice Condo!

"Our family of 6 just returned home from Isla Verde! We had a very enjoyable vacation and renting this condo definitely contributed to that outcome. We found the condo to be clean, beds comfortable, well supplied (including 2 beach chairs, cooler, sand cart, sand toys, beach towels, iron/board, hair dryer, books, a roll away bed and any kitchen supplies you might need.) My husband was very happy that a Starbuck's was next door in the El San Juan also. The location was a plus being on the beach, close to a supermarket, walking distance to many restaurants, bars and stores. Our favorites included La Playa hotel bar/restaurant-very close via the beach; Jimmy's BBQ top floor of El San Juan resort-good for happy hour meal specials and Luppi's Mexican restaurant. We enjoyed the pool at the ESJ towers and the little market in the building was a plus also; must mention all employees at ESJ very nice and helpful. Would recommend renting this condo!"

  • Excellent getaway!!!

"We had a great time and Damaris was great. The apartment was decorated very nicely and was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels and attention to detail, and the greeting on the board. I do agree with others that the stairs/ladder to the bed is a bit steep, but the charm of the building and the experience, and location were priceless. Highly recommend hitting the farmers market on Saturday's, great food and the coffee shop around the corner. Finca Cialitos Cafe, the owner was very nice latte was the best with the foam art take a pass on Starbucks and try it. We loved our puerto rico experience and cannot wait to return. Thank you for opening your home to us!"

  • Perfet for Family- 4 days to escape the Jan freeze!

"We were thrilled with the accommodations- it was perfect for 2 kids (ages 5, 7) and our niece who was 18! We loved the condo- very clean, tastefully decorated and spacious! All towels were provided as well as soap, dish soap, laundry detergent & coffee filters and TP (however, if you use up what is provided & need more, plan to get a 4 pack at wal-mart. Many of the public restrooms near public beaches do not have TP.) Check-in was a breeze and Adrianna was very helpful! We appreciated the GPS with some of the hot spots and favorites saved! Made getting around easy for us! Loiza is a great little area and please do not fear the "barrio" feeling- it is authentic and the folks are very nice! We did a lot of exploring and walked to Parrilla's for dinner twice! It was nice to share new cultures with our children- and they made friends with some children from Loiza! I encourage you to visit the local haunts in this town and experience the African culture! The security of Aquatika is second to none! They are friendly, do a superior job and always have a presence. I do have to say, the Management of the grounds did a great job- except the upkeep of the hot tubs. It is sad to think that the owners undoubtedly pay a hefty annual fee and for high use (and high demand items such as hot tubs and the water cannons) do not function. The gentleman that roamed the pool areas to make sure everyone was "legit" offered nothing but excuses or behaved as though he had no idea the hot tubs did not function. I do not hold the owner accountable for this. What I would LOVE TO SEE is the owners putting more pressure on the folks that run Aquatika to fund monies toward repairs and preventative maintenance of high use items! All in all- we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Adrianna's rental and would be happy to rent again! It is a great place to be- away from the San Juan congestion, but close enough to make a day trip to do a walking tour of Old San Juan or a quick drive to the El Yunque Rain Forest!"
