"We stayed in room 408 in the apartment building Dalia 15 for one month in January 2015. I am just now getting around to posting my review! The small studio is 225 sq ft. as listed. The studio was recently remodeled. The building is old and needs upkeep. Workers were working in some of the rooms, so it appears some upkeep is taking place. The bed was queen size and comfortable. The futon for sitting on, was not. There was a microwave, dorm size refrigerator, and stove top burners. There was a kitchen sink and small dining table. We needed a coffee mug, serving bowl, and juice pitcher and when we asked for them, they were supplied by Isabel, the on-site worker in the office of the building. Additional kitchen supplies would have been helpful: vegetable peeler, dish towels, kitchen cleaner, broom, and containers with lids for keeping food, to name a few. We managed without, but we are not fussy. From the photos, kitchenette 2 was like the one in room 408. I recommend putting handles on the cupboard doors and a towel bar near the kitchen sink. The “cable” TV had very few channels. No English news stations in the package. The pool was refreshing. I usually had it to myself. It is not in the sun much, due to other buildings blocking the sun, so the water is on the cool side. It was fine for me, as I like cool swimming water. There is a coin laundry facility in the building. It is within walking distance to Pine Grove Beach and Isla Verde Beach. Walking to the bus stops, grocery stores, Walgreens, restaurants, etc. is easy. It took some time to get used to the airplanes going over at all hours. Our studio faced the street, so we heard the garbage collectors and sewer cleaner early in the morning! You could hear the sports facility a block away, but by 10 PM the activity was over. I recommend asking for a studio that does not face the street. To use the Internet, we had to go to the pool area. There was an air conditioner; we turned it off when not in the room. Many rentals charge extra for electricity. There is a small elevator, but we used the stairs for the exercise. Parking is on the street or in a small area next to the building on a first come basis. There is a public lot down the street that charges. The bus was great for getting around. The rental price appears to have increased since we stayed here. We felt safe in this building and recommend it for those who are on a budget and are not looking for luxury."
