"We stayed for two weeks, family of four, youngest child age of 13. Place was great! We enjoyed especially the roof terrace: lying in hammock, watching the sea and the view over old San Juan, sun bathing and barbecuing. There was everything we needed in the apartment, enough space, kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and warm water. Lack of air conditioning didn't bother, we had balcony doors and windows open for constant breeze. And no bugs. Miss it already!"Guest: Fell in love with Old San Juan Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 19, 2014View listing
"Great place to stay. 5 minute walk to the beach. Living among the locals, not a resort. The apartment was even prettier in person. Would recommend getting a rental car while there to explore the island."Guest: Kelley2403 Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: October 6, 2014View listing
"We recommend this place to any people looking for a place to stay near the beach and san juan. The place felt like any home we visited in pr. Very comfy, and simple. Everything was easy to find around the studio, grocery store super max, theres food places churches chicken, bk, tacobell, walgreens. Its gated in and out the house for safety. Sounds weird but this is normal in Puerto Rico. Otto has been available when ever I have texted him but we havent had the need to talk since everything is good. So far no complaints. Economical place, very lucky i found it."Guest: Mon Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 17, 2014View listing
"We stayed at Mike & Tanya's rental over the Memorial Day Holiday. Mike was extremely helpful providing detailed information such as direction to the rental, property access, and helpful recommendations for area restaurants/shopping centers. The condo is in a secure location with an access gate and 24-hour guard. As noted in the description, the beach is just a few steps away. The inside of the condo was clean and well maintained including a very nice full kitchen. The location is pretty central to all the tourist/sightseeing attractions. We felt more at home here versus staying at a busy hotel. In addition, this was a much more cost effective route than staying at one of the area hotels."Guest: Erica Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 3, 2014View listing
