"Just wanted to say that this place is everything we wanted and more. Felipe was accept ion ally helpful and the location is perfect for d San Juan . Perfect walking distance to everything and within a block from an excellent restaurant (St. Germans Bistro). We loved the layout of the apartment but would not recommend the loft ladder bedroom Setup for older couples or kids."Guest: Matt Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 13, 2014View listing
"I am SO happy we found this place on VRBO!! First of all, nicest owners.. Helpful with suggestions. It was perfectly located, walking distance to everything! Beach! Bars! Food!! The room was so cute, had a kitchen to save money on meals, and useful amenities like coolers, beach towels, books, free wifi! We saved a ton staying here... No complaints at all. We had 3 adults, and I didn't feel cramped. Perfect perfect perfect."Guest: Krissy Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 7, 2014View listing
"We stayed three nights and it was not long enough in this beautiful open air apartment. Like others said - the hosts are amazing."Guest: Cassandra G. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 17, 2014View listing
"This condo was excellent. The renovations are beautiful, the location is excellent, and Marks suggestions were very helpful. San Juan is a wonderful vacation area and being in Condado puts you 5-10 mins away from Isla Verda and Old San Juan, two great tourist spots. The condo is in a very safe area and is across the street from the Marriot hotel. The view from the balcony is breath taking! Nightlife is just a few steps away. My sister and I (both in our mid-twenties) really enjoyed our vacation at this condo and felt very safe throughout."Guest: Zainab A.
