  • vacation time 2014

"I had a wonderful time, was there for my daughters vow renewal. The place had enough room for my family. The owners had the property well maintained. Clean and lots of towels. They was very helpful with the keys information when I had problems opening the doors. I would recommend the stay to my family and friends. I would tell them to eat at all restaurants surrounding the hotel and do all the activities. I would come back myself."

  • Great rental in San Juan

"Our stay at Alex and Monica's apartment in Old San Juan was exactly what we expected! We stayed for a week in March with our teenagers and the apartment met all of our needs with all the amenities described. Loved waking up to the view and the sound of the ocean every morning. The location is convenient for walking to everything Old San Juan has to offer. If you want to live like a local, then you will love this rental."

  • Safe & Comfortable!

"If you visit San Juan and/or Old San Juan, you can't really appreciate Old San Juan unless you stay overnight IN Old San Juan. The property is extremely safe and secure and is located minutes away from the new CVS/Sheraton and Senor Frogs. Ms. Diaz is very trustworthy, accountable and accessible. The property is a legitimate one bedroom apartment (not a studio) and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The price is outstanding, as you can easily pay three-times as much for a hotel! The neighborhood is very safe and as other guests have stated, there are two gates before you enter the apartment (and another gate on the actual apartment door)."

  • Beautiful!

"The condo was exactly as advertised and pictured. We were there for a five night stay and spent a lot of our time just sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful view and people watching. Bring binoculars - we wished we had! The beach has a lot to offer - parasailing, jet ski rentals, beach bar/restaurants just a short walk away. Restaurants and a few gift shops are available on the street side as well. We took the bus, taxis, and tours when we wanted to explore other areas. Everyone we encountered in Puerto Rico was helpful, friendly, and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. Sonia was great - answered any questions we had before arriving and checked in to make sure that our check in and out went smoothly. Security deposit was returned before we even got all the way home. We did not cook at the condo - we did buy some bread for toast in the morning (no bagels at Walgreens) and would have liked a full-size coffee maker rather than the 4-cupper provided, but we managed fine anyway. There were some supplies/food left by previous tenants which was helpful when we ran out of coffee on the last day, but be sure to check expiration dates/quality first. We were hoping to use the pina colada mix left unopened in the refrigerator, but found it was too old and had separated beyond fixing. There is a pizza place across the street which we used one night that was really good and a couple of DVD's in the condo that we hadn't seen before which was nice after a tiring day touring. Although we probably won't be back - we have other places we want to explore, this condo experience will be the one we rate all others against!"
