  • Great Place

"Alex and Monica's apartment is great and very comfortable. We had 4 adults and enjoyed our stay in Old San Juan very much. The view and ocean breeze is something that we will remember forever. The apartment is in a great location for walking to great restaurants and entertainment, both of which will not disapoint. Be adventurous and rent a car as there are so many beautiful places to explore. You will not be disappointed in any of it and certainly coming home to this place was a joy. Rent it and ENJOY!"

  • Everything Nice!

"We came to San Juan for a family weekend event at a big hotel just down the beach from this Isla Verde condo. My husband and I had never been to PR so we decided it would be fun to get away for a week, but everything about the big hotel setting seemed to collide with our desire to relax and set our own pace. This condo was the perfect answer! Everything is clean, convenient, and comfortable for a longer stay. We enjoyed the view, the pool, and long walks on the beautiful beach. Neighborhood restaurants and a nice grocery store are within walking distance. A car rental is nearby, so we toured the island on two days, and it was easy to find a taxi to take us to Old San Juan, too. If you aren’t sure about what you want to do or how to get there, the owner has travel books and pamphlet information right there in the condo. And don’t worry about staying connected; the wifi works well. Be assured that this owner will answer any question or help you with anything related to your stay. The building has good security and is well maintained, and the owner will go out of his way to make your stay a good one."

  • Great place

"This apartment was light-years above other, similarily prized, apartments we lived in during our 14 days in Puerto Rico. First of all: it did not smell moldy. Something that is not an uncommon feature on the Island. The quality and look of the furniture was great, location was excellent and the back-yard was an oasis (orchids was growing on the palmtrees!). We had a rental car, but took the bus to San Juan. Short walk to the stop. All in all: could not have been more happy. Our two girls loved the dvd-collection!"

  • Great vacation spot!

"Our stay at Aquatika was a wonderful getaway during our cold Chicago winter! Puerto Rico weather is pretty reliable and the 82 degree averages are very accurate. There were seven in our group and Jeff's condo was plenty of space for us. The upstairs deck was used quite often for our card games outdoors and the hammock was occupied very frequently! The condo is fairly well maintained, although one kitchen chair was unusable and the kitchen air conditioner will need replacing soon. The fridge was brand new as was the full size washer and dryer. The large 2 story windows along the one wall really gave the place a bright, lovely feel. The condo was spotless when we arrived and Jeff had several handy supplies available which we normally don't get in a rental (nice beach towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, spices in the cabinet, coffee filters, sponges, pool floaties, basketball, football, soccer ball), so that was a pleasant surprise. We loved all the pool choices but were somewhat disappointed that the lazy river did not have the jets running all week. Neither did the hot tubs and the slide. But everything else was maintained nicely (pool water and landscaping). The beach was a pretty small space and because of the weather this time of year (January), lots of seaweed was washing in. However, we used the public beach access close by (by car) to swim in the ocean a couple of days. The rain forest was a great day trip for some hiking and hanging out in a waterfall! Old San Juan is a must see, with all the Spanish inspired buildings, shopping, and the old fort. JC was also very helpful when he picked us up and got us settled in the unit. Overall, we were very pleased with our trip and would come back again."
