  • great beachfront condo

"Everything was as listed. Gaby met us at the airport and was very friendly and helpful. Payment was secure and deposit was returned promptly. The location is great and the security of the condo is very good. There are convenience, liquor & grocery stores within walking distance. There are casinos, restaurants and beach bars all within blocks of the condo. Had a great stay and will return. Thanks Gaby"

  • An Excellent Choice

"This is an EXCELLENT choice for a visitor to Puerto Rico who wants to stay close enough to things but a little bit away (a mile or two) from some of the busier areas. I've been to San Juan about 11 times in the last two years and stayed in both Condado and Isla Verde....well, Ocean Park is in the middle and I really liked it here: quiet, a minute from the beach, and a few restaurants and grocery stores within about 1000 yards. Just what I needed and since I rent a car I could go anywhere, but found the nice solitude of this area simply amazing. I made a decision not to stay in a hotel and contacted a handful of rentals through this site. Stanley was the only owner to contact me within an hour (the rest took about 24 hours) and although I can't guarantee he is always able to do this, it clearly stood out as a good sign. We arrived about 8:30pm and Stanley was there to greet us. I can't say enough about how responsive he is and genuinely wants the visitor to have a great experience. I will stay again at one of his properties. About this apartment: It was clean and stocked with everything needed for a week's stay. What you see in the pictures is what we found, although there is a flat screen television mounted on the wall in the living room that I don't see in one of the pictures.) Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and misc other items (cooking oil, coffee, spices, and just extras that were helpful.) And there are a couple of amazing outdoor patios that were beautiful. The first is just outside the living room and so comfortable that one evening I did work on my laptop out there. The second is the rooftop that is (if I recall) tiled and gives you a good view of the ocean. Both were incredibly relaxing. I needed to use wi-fi one evening and Stanley gave me the password. It worked just fine (I see another renter had problems but I was there a couple weeks earlier and had no issues.) Parking was easily available and air conditioning in the rooms were excellent. Open a few windows in the kitchen and living room--the ocean breeze was wonderful and it was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this property, as well as the kind of communication and customer service that Stanley provides. It was a great experience. I liked it so much that I'm available if anyone has questions at ddg1111@outlook.com. I'm from Texas."

  • For someone who does not normally write reviews, I had too with this experience.

"I was very wary of San Juan and this place. I wasn't sure if I was cheeping out on not going to a resort. However, after 5 nights and visiting friends and family that were staying in the resorts and hotels, this was perfect in everyway. I am not sure of the order, so in no particular order. 1. Location - I felt we were in the center of Isla Verde. We were about 300 yards from the Ritz (we went to a wedding there, so literally walked on the beach for 90 seconds and were at the wedding); family stayed at the El San Juan and that was a 4 minute walk on the beach. Had lunch and drinks on the ocean at La Playita, which was two buildings down. Had breakfast and coffee at local restaurants which were about a 5 minute walk. Walgreens was 5 minutes away. We did not rent a car and had no need. Took a cab to El San Juan for two days. 2. View - of all the friends and family who stayed at the Ritz and El San Juan, we easily had the best view. Ocean breeze - open the windows and sliding glass door and the breeze is perfect. 3. Cleanliness and comfort - very clean, felt very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, shower had multiple heads, plenty of furniture and closet to store clothes, large TV in the living room, fully equipped kitchen- a true home away from home."

  • Our Getaway

"This apartment located near on the beach and was perfect for me and my husband. The apartment had everything you may want in terms of the swimming beach, a pool on premises. A great location to restaurants and night life. We were very comfortable. It was clean, quiet. We were provided with beach towels, beach chairs and cooler which was a wonderful surprise and most important the condo/ owner provided us with “parking” which is Key in the area of Isla Verde. Our host was very accommodating and the nicest person you want to deal with. I recommend this apartment to all who are looking for an alternative to expensive hotels in the area. Excellent choice for us!"
