"Would stay here again if we're in San Juan. We stayed 1 week and were looking for a condo because we didn't want to be crammed in a hotel room. The separate living room, bedroom, and balcony gave us the extra space we were looking for and a lot to offer. This condo had everything we could think of: spare linens, spare pool/beach towels, reclining beach chairs, small/large coolers, drink coozies, beach bag, day satchel, soap, bath products, bug spray, trash bags, tourism literature and comfortable bed and futon. Some of that may have been leftover from other tenants and it was convenient to have. The owners are very professional. They respond quickly to inquiries and handle the reservation and security deposit efficiently. My security deposit was issued back to me one day after checking out. This was my first vacation rental and the check-out process was very easy and manageable and didn't take a lot of time. e.g. Put the linens and towels in the condo hamper and bring your trash to the waste room on the floor. We used the condo as our home base to tour Old San Juan, visit Laguna Grande bio bay, El Yunque, and a nearby zip line activity. We rented a car and it was nice to have the included parking in the garage. The condo has nice decor, was very clean, safe, and had a great location across the street from Walgreens and near many restaurants not to mention full beach front views. There is even umbrella/beach lounge chair rental outside the condo beach entrance everyday. Great rental!"Guest: StlTraveller Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 5, 2014View listing
"Great place to stay. 5 minute walk to the beach. Living among the locals, not a resort. The apartment was even prettier in person. Would recommend getting a rental car while there to explore the island."Guest: Kelley2403 Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: October 6, 2014View listing
"Planning a family vacation is never easy and with so many people involved I was quiet anxious but this home gave us ample space so that we could all be together without being on top of one another. When we arrived at the home we were quiet pleased but shortly there after the power went out due to a lightning storm that was occurring on the island. The owner quickly gave us his apologies and even offered us a reimbursement of our funds and a nights stay at the hotel of our choice. We decided to rough it out and prayed that the power would be restored. In the am the owners family bought us breakfast items with their apologies and yet another offer to return our monies. Gladly the power was restored later that day and every night after there was power. The family was wonderful with checking in on us and making sure we had all we needed. They even went as far as helping us find a local baker for my nephews 1 year old birthday party. The pool was amazing. We would have liked to have used the hot tub but it was out of order. Overall we had a pleasant stay with our family and got to share this beautiful home with our guest as well. Thank you for all of your attention and concern for us. We loved this home and the closeness to everything (grocery store/bakery/food) was good too!"Guest: Millie R. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 30, 2014View listing
