  • Hone Away from Home!

"This is the 4th year to rent from Eric. From the beginning, everything goes smoothly. The attention to detail does not go unnoticed. There is everything you could possibly need right there. And, the view is a million dollar one! We love Condado and being able to stay at an affordable place! We hope to come back again next year! :)"

  • Great Stay

"This rental is very close and convenient to everything. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was very important for our family of seven. It's close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, and airport. The rental provided a parking space which was gated. Felt very safe. Maite was very helpful when we arrived and was always in contact throughout our stay. Will highly recommend to stay in this rental. Thanks."

  • An Excellent Choice

"This is an EXCELLENT choice for a visitor to Puerto Rico who wants to stay close enough to things but a little bit away (a mile or two) from some of the busier areas. I've been to San Juan about 11 times in the last two years and stayed in both Condado and Isla Verde....well, Ocean Park is in the middle and I really liked it here: quiet, a minute from the beach, and a few restaurants and grocery stores within about 1000 yards. Just what I needed and since I rent a car I could go anywhere, but found the nice solitude of this area simply amazing. I made a decision not to stay in a hotel and contacted a handful of rentals through this site. Stanley was the only owner to contact me within an hour (the rest took about 24 hours) and although I can't guarantee he is always able to do this, it clearly stood out as a good sign. We arrived about 8:30pm and Stanley was there to greet us. I can't say enough about how responsive he is and genuinely wants the visitor to have a great experience. I will stay again at one of his properties. About this apartment: It was clean and stocked with everything needed for a week's stay. What you see in the pictures is what we found, although there is a flat screen television mounted on the wall in the living room that I don't see in one of the pictures.) Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and misc other items (cooking oil, coffee, spices, and just extras that were helpful.) And there are a couple of amazing outdoor patios that were beautiful. The first is just outside the living room and so comfortable that one evening I did work on my laptop out there. The second is the rooftop that is (if I recall) tiled and gives you a good view of the ocean. Both were incredibly relaxing. I needed to use wi-fi one evening and Stanley gave me the password. It worked just fine (I see another renter had problems but I was there a couple weeks earlier and had no issues.) Parking was easily available and air conditioning in the rooms were excellent. Open a few windows in the kitchen and living room--the ocean breeze was wonderful and it was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this property, as well as the kind of communication and customer service that Stanley provides. It was a great experience. I liked it so much that I'm available if anyone has questions at ddg1111@outlook.com. I'm from Texas."

  • Location, location, location.....and security

"We just spent a month in Dell's apartment at the Racquet Club in Isla Verde. Everything he promised about his apartment was true---it is just steps to the the most beautiful beach in Isla Verde/San Juan area. Second, the security in this building is top notch! Three keys to get into the apartment, an electronic key fob to open all gates and doors into the building, a security guard in the lobby. Dell makes it easy by mailing the keys to you at home so you arrive with them in hand. And it's in an upscale neighborhood with lots of Carolina police cruising in cars, motorcycles, bikes, and Segways. Beach (public but with limited entrances, mostly from apartment buildings and hotels) felt so safe every night we took long walks in the dark. Good washer and dryer on each floor in building, operated with a card you refill on machine in lobby. Pool area has outdoor shower for washing sand off feet after beach. Dell has thought everything you'd need on the beach. Ocean is so gentle at this beach that we could swim laps in it. We joined health club for month at Intercontinental Hotel two buildings down the beach. Easy walk to huge supermarket (Dell even has a cart for this) and two Walgreen's. Charlie's Car Rental a block away makes day trips around island easy. Apartment is perfect size for a couple, but would be pretty tight for a second adult couple on the fold-out. One or two small children would be OK. Dell has lots of beach towels, and second sink outside full bathroom is nice. Only caveat---Isla Verde is noisy: with 3 bars in the bottom of this building, lots of partiers on sidewalks and cars with mega bass cruising, garbage pick-up and construction at neighboring apt. buildings starts early in the morning, and you're a block from busy Isla Verde Ave. Don't expect to sleep with the sliding doors open hearing only the waves and the surf. We gave in the second night, closed the doors and put on AC for white noise, then slept peacefully. Dell has a nice big room fan that helps. But that's Puerto Rico: it is urban, noisy, vibrant, and fun!!"
