  • PERFECT

"Perfect!! All the conveniences of home, large enough for our family of 5! Very clean and well maintained. The kids loved all the video games and movies available after a long day outside. The golf cart made it even better. We toured all of Palmas del Mar and fell in love with it. Close to the Plaza (places to eat and a small convenience/drug store). We went horse back riding on the beach, and explored many of the beaches. Robert was very helpful and would highly recommend his property! Best vacation ever!!"

  • Fit all our needs for our Family Vacation

"We stayed at this beautiful property for a family gathering..It was absolutely awesome! The owner was gracious, got back to us immediately with any questions we had. He was very accommodating to any and all requests. The house had everything we could possible need or want. It as beautifully decorated, very clean, the pool was gorgeous, plenty of seating for everyone, owner even provided us with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc to bring to the several beaches in the area and we did use these. You good tell that this owner really cherishes his property. The view from the balcony outside the main living area was spectacular, we watched many beautiful sunsets from this spot, as were the views from the rooftop deck where we watched the stars at night. Nice large table chairs and grill was also provided on the rooftop deck It was nice to have the option of turning on room air conditioners when & where needed. These came in particularly handy to drain out the sounds of the rooster crowing in very early morning, but at the same time it was nice to have the roosters there. The sounds of Puerto Rico! Owner left a list of suggestions of where to eat, beaches, etc. with directions which came in very handy. The bakery close by was very handy for sweets in the a.m. and great homemade bread Just can't say enough about this property and the owner. Hope to go back. Highly recommend this beautiful property."

  • Great Spot!

"Had a great time here! The apartment was very clean and had a huge wrap around deck that was very nice with the trade winds. Great location that is very quiet and close to some great breakfast and pizza (across the street) James, the owner, was great and very helpful with our trip. Perfect spot for those looking for a quiet and tropical getaway!"

  • Solimar

"We loved the property. Was great proximity to our family we were visiting and everything else we wanted to see on the island. The owners made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Breathtaking views were taken advantage in the morning for the sunrise and drinks on the patio at night. All the comforts of home and we will return for sure! Better value than any hotel, with an awesome, full kitchen, washer and dryer and larger eating area. Even though we toured the island non stop, some of our best memories were just relaxing at the beautiful Solimar. Close to Rincon, Agaudilla, Shacks, Jobos and Bosque Estatal De Guajataca is a gem! Also nearby is he Econo for groceries to stock up. We'll be back and thank you!!!"

Yabucoa Travel Tips

Yabucoa Vacation Rentals in The City of Sugar

Yabucoa may be the perfect destination in Puerto Rico for anyone who has a sweet tooth. The town is also known as "La Ciudad del Azúcar," which means "The City of Sugar." The town got its name because it is in an area that has historically been used to farm sugar cane.

One of the best ways to enjoy a trip to The City of Sugar is to lodge in one of the many lovely Yabucoa vacation rentals that are available. Whether you are looking for a house, a condo or a private villa at one of the local Puerto Rico resorts, there are many Yabucoa vacation rentals to choose from.

A Land of Beaches

In addition to the many beaches in Yabucoa, there are also some points of interest for tourists. The Hacienda Santa Lucía Ruins or "La Casa de la Cultura" (House of Culture) may be of interest. But be sure not to miss out on the sand, water, and sun during your Yabucoa travel.

One of the benefits to staying in a Yabucoa vacation rental or a private house or condo is that you can live like a local. Instead of having to pack up all of your beach gear and haul it out of your hotel room for each day at the beach, you can simply rent a house that is right on the water. This is, especially, convenient for people traveling with kids.

Sugary Delights

Whether you plan to use the kitchen in one of the Yabucoa vacation rentals as a sweets factory or simply as a comfortable space to make meals for your family, you are sure to enjoy the benefit of having your own kitchen. Surprise your family or travel companion with breakfast in bed. Enjoy your own favorite recipes while relaxing in front of an ocean view. And remember that with each meal that you make on your own, you are saving bundles of money by avoiding restaurant prices.
