"I absolutely loved my stay with a close friend. It was in a great location, beautiful clean home. Loved waking up opening the front French doors enjoying my morning coffee people watching. You know you in a nice place when other tourist are peaking in and admiring your place. ( this only happened one day when one of the cruise ships docked) The neighbors were super friendly we really enjoyed our stay. I did have a rental car, finding a parking spots was not to hard however the narrow streets and small spots can make it very difficult to park if your not use to living in a city... Its a romantic place, I loved the loft it has a steep step ladder was no problem for us but could be for some people. The pull out bed was very cozy (lots of extra blankets and pillows) we pilled that out and watch a movie one night. We did some cooking which there are lot of spices and supplies for. LOVED IT would defiantly return!"

  • Great babymoon

"We had a really wonderful time staying at this condo. For us, it was a really perfect setup for a couples vacation. Obviously its all about expectations so here are my summary thoughts: 1) The condo itself is perfectly nice. Its not a luxury condo with high end finishings, its a nice place, well decorated with ample space and two balconies. Its on the first floor but elevated enough so you have a nice view. It is directly across the hall from the stairs, close to the ice machine one floor down and you can be on the beach in the ocean in 60 seconds. For a young family it could not be a better setup. There are two pools, a hot tub, and a kiddie pool. you have a view of all 4 right from the balcony. Again, ideal for a young family. The only slightly negative thing i would say about the property as a whole is its starting to show its age. you're 30 yards from the ocean so yes, things rust. The maintenance team was clearly working hard but its not a new construction. I mention only this for expectation setting. Again the unit itself is nice and the building itself is still just fine, only aging a little. The larger resort is a total golf haven. Beautiful place, the hotel next door is decent but we never felt a draw to spend time there, which you could if you like to gamble and get rowdy. The condo development is quiet and peaceful, that's what we wanted and this place delivered. 2) The owner and Eunize were really great. They could not have been more accommodating. I like to think we were pretty low maintenance but they were on point the entire time and answered every question we had within an hour. 3) Regarding the area, its pretty great. The resort property itself is a golf paradise. If you're into that you may never leave the resort. Its a very easy drive from San Juan and also from several other minor urban centers. It's right across the street from the entrance to a beautiful national forest and plenty of other attractions. no complaints. 4) Parting thoughts. If you are a vacationing couple, rent the jeep, spend the money. Take off the top and drive around the rain forest. There are plenty of places to eat within a 15 minute drive so if you don't want to cook it's not necessary. This condo is a spot for families, couples, and retired persons. I would not recommend this place if you are a bunch of bro's looking for a place to get wild and be obnoxious. Finally, as others have stated, finding the condo was the"

  • Just bring a bathing suit and toothbrush!

"Casa Palmas has everything you need for a wonderful vacation in Rincon! The house is very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is FULLY equipped and there's a great grill, too! The roof deck is fabulous and the view at sunset is incredible! Walk to the beach down a block of friendly neighbors and swim and snorkel just steps from the house at Steps Beach. Close to great restaurants and shopping, too! We highly recommend Casa Palmas and plan on returning next year....or sooner!"
