  • Our dream come true

"Great cozy little condo, loved the security and the closeness to the hotels and main strip. Loved that it was handicap accessible also. We were able to get around with a wheelchair without to much trouble. The view from this condo was incredible! Loved the hand-painted framed pictures throughout the condo, nice touch! My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!"

  • Perfet for Family- 4 days to escape the Jan freeze!

"We were thrilled with the accommodations- it was perfect for 2 kids (ages 5, 7) and our niece who was 18! We loved the condo- very clean, tastefully decorated and spacious! All towels were provided as well as soap, dish soap, laundry detergent & coffee filters and TP (however, if you use up what is provided & need more, plan to get a 4 pack at wal-mart. Many of the public restrooms near public beaches do not have TP.) Check-in was a breeze and Adrianna was very helpful! We appreciated the GPS with some of the hot spots and favorites saved! Made getting around easy for us! Loiza is a great little area and please do not fear the "barrio" feeling- it is authentic and the folks are very nice! We did a lot of exploring and walked to Parrilla's for dinner twice! It was nice to share new cultures with our children- and they made friends with some children from Loiza! I encourage you to visit the local haunts in this town and experience the African culture! The security of Aquatika is second to none! They are friendly, do a superior job and always have a presence. I do have to say, the Management of the grounds did a great job- except the upkeep of the hot tubs. It is sad to think that the owners undoubtedly pay a hefty annual fee and for high use (and high demand items such as hot tubs and the water cannons) do not function. The gentleman that roamed the pool areas to make sure everyone was "legit" offered nothing but excuses or behaved as though he had no idea the hot tubs did not function. I do not hold the owner accountable for this. What I would LOVE TO SEE is the owners putting more pressure on the folks that run Aquatika to fund monies toward repairs and preventative maintenance of high use items! All in all- we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Adrianna's rental and would be happy to rent again! It is a great place to be- away from the San Juan congestion, but close enough to make a day trip to do a walking tour of Old San Juan or a quick drive to the El Yunque Rain Forest!"

  • HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

"We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this lovely condo in Dorado! The owners were so very helpful; in correspondence, in availability, and in many other ways! The pictures depict the property well! The views are stunning! During our stay, we had two families including four "tweens" and one baby. We loved this property for many different reasons; it was located in a community, it was gated and secure, it had all the space we needed plus FOUR full baths! Also, the kids loved the pool and the large grassy areas where they played soccer, frisbee and volleyball. The ocean was steps from the condo, and the beach afforded a lagoon area where we could snorkel out to coral with beautiful fish! We liked being in Dorado; because it is centrally located between the west coast and the east coast of the island, we could enjoy visiting different beaches during our three and a half week stay. Also, there were grocery stores, pharmacies and fast food restaurants close by that were open 24 hours in Dorado. I would highly recommend this property to families! I came to feel like it was a home away from homes!"

  • Family of 5

"Condo was very nice and had plenty of space. It was located within easy walking distance to Palmanova Village, tennis courts, and the playground. Robert was very helpful and the golf cart he provided was excellent. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes but it was more convenient to take the golf cart. We love Palmas for our family vacation. It is centrally located to many exciting things to do in PR."
