  • Amazing! You will not regret it.

"This condo in Palmanova village exceeded all of our expectations. I was born and raised in Humacao, PR but have lived in the states for about 15 years now. Growing up we always went to Palmas Del Mar for family getaways. I have never stayed in such a nice villa before, this place was gorgeous. It was modern as opposed to all the dated 80's feel from all the other villas i've stayed in palmas, there was a high chair for our 9month old that was super handy, they kitchen was amazing, the three balconies with the view was incredible and to top it all off the gold cart was so much fun and handy. The private pool was the nicest i've been in all of Palmas. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond. you will not regret renting this place, im telling you, you wont. This will for sure be our getaway spot in Palmas from now on."

  • Great experience with priceless memories

"We booked this home from 11/16-12/3/14. My family moved from Puerto Rico where I was born when I was 1 year old. I came back with my adult children, my mother, sister and brother in law to celebrate my 50th birthday and Thanksgiving. This home is perfectly located near beautiful beaches, great restaurants and within 30 minutes from some of Puerto Rico's most beautiful sites. We took a small plane to Culebra, rode a motor boat through the Bio Bay, went on a walking tour of San Juan, toured Catano where I was born, went to the Bacardi factory, went to several nearby restaurants and beaches all of which added up to an unforgettable vacation. This home is beautiful and spacious. We were able to rest in between all activities and enjoy our down time as well. The pool was always clean. Although we were provided telephone #'s for anyone we may need in case anything went wrong (including the wi-fi) , we never needed it. We will definitely be back! Thank you Yvonne!"

  • Casa Soleada Bright, Airy, and Great Views

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Casa Soleada and the wonderful low 80 degree temperatures of Puerto Rico (PR) in late February. The house was clean, tidy and very charming. I liked the layout, the bright colors and airiness of the house. Although it was a challenging climb up a narrow and winding road to get to the house, once there the house offered privacy with gorgeous views of the ocean and the various towns below. Humacao is located close to many sites along the eastern coast of PR. We enjoyed visiting the El Yunque Rain Forest, Luquillo Beach, and the island of Viegues to name a few. Since we were sightseeing during the day, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool which always looked so inviting. Unfortunately, by the time we returned from our travels, it was a little breezy and overcast for us to use the pool. However, we did enjoy the view and reading from the patio around the pool. Casa Soleada had internet service which allowed us to stay in touch with our family and a TV. Jim, the owner, was fabulous at answer questions I had before traveling to PR and he provided a nice travel packet which we used frequently during our stay."

  • Awesome get away!

"This house was perfect for my friends and I. Being a bunch of girls, we were very impressed with the house. The interior of the house is very spacious, relatively modern, and cozy. There were plenty of beach and shower towels for all of us. We had a total of nine girls and fit perfectly. Awesome location: Steps Beach is very close to the house along with surf spots such as Marias and Domes. Yes, it's on a 413 but it is in a very convienent area with a coffee shop less than half a mile up the rode. The porch was the best part. Very big and comfy. Everyone we would wake up and sit on the porch and in the afternoon watch the sunset. The family downstairs was very sweet and had an adorable dog. Always made sure the gate was shut! Overall, we had an awesome time in a wonderful beach house. My friends and I were more than pleased and Luis, the owner, was more than willing to help and accommodate my friends and I throughout our stay. Thanks again Luis! Keep up the good work!"
