  • SOOO AWESOME!!

"We stayed for a week in July for my husbands & his friends 40th birthday. It was such an amazing trip. The house blew us all away. The home owners sure did think of everything when building. It was obvious that this was not your average rental, but a real home. The house was superbly clean and decorated amazingly. All of the furniture was comfortable and in great shape. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen and using all of the grills & outdoor pizza oven. With all of the balconies, it was a treat to try a new place to have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail and enjoy the great views and breeze. We also can't say enough about Ali, the house manager. She did everything and then some!! Really helped us get the most of our time in Rincon. This is one place that I have told ALL of my friends about and a place I will most certainly return to."

  • Extended Weekend Stay

"We stayed at Mike & Tanya's rental over the Memorial Day Holiday. Mike was extremely helpful providing detailed information such as direction to the rental, property access, and helpful recommendations for area restaurants/shopping centers. The condo is in a secure location with an access gate and 24-hour guard. As noted in the description, the beach is just a few steps away. The inside of the condo was clean and well maintained including a very nice full kitchen. The location is pretty central to all the tourist/sightseeing attractions. We felt more at home here versus staying at a busy hotel. In addition, this was a much more cost effective route than staying at one of the area hotels."

  • A Great Place!

"Our group has rented this property two years in a row and I we hope to continue this trend. Great house, very clean, great views, a perfect place for a surf trip! Plenty of comfortable beds for the entire group to have their individual space. Kitchen is perfect for anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. I have rented a few other places in Rincon and this place is by far the best I have been too. The owner is very accommodating with any questions you may have and offers great advice and local knowledge. We are looking forward to coming down to PR again....and staying at the this great house!"

  • Marbella Caribe Este

"This is my 4th stay and my second at this particular apt. I have never been disappointed and plan on staying AGAIN. The friendliest staff and the view is spectacular. Everything one needs is accessible (walking distance) and even the casinos are down the street. Beaches are clean and beautiful and so is the swimming pool. I have friends that live there in PR and they loved it!!! HIGHLY recommended to anyone who plans on visiting PR."

Puerto Rico Travel Tips

Visitors to Puerto Rico Vacation Rentals

Puerto Rico is a vibrant Caribbean island travel destination. It is a place where you can enjoy beautiful beaches, fine dining, a wide variety of water sports and a number of nature attractions. People who generally travel to Puerto Rico are attracted by the persistent sunshine and tropical island paradise. Depending on if you enjoy the vibrant resort-style vacation or something more remote and quiet, you can choose which part of the island you want to stay on. Relax on the beaches during the day and then hit the nightspots for some dancing in the evenings.

Best Time of Year to Visit Puerto Rico Villas

The most popular travel season to Puerto Rico is between December and April. During this time, visitors can expect hot sunny days with very little rainfall. In general, this is considered to be the dry season, although occasional rain showers do still occur. Another reason that this is a popular time of year to visit is that the humidity levels are lower. The warm weather also attracts many visitors from New York City, Boston and Chicago who want to escape the winter freeze. In general, there is little seasonal variation in the temperature in Puerto Rico. The seasons are more often defined by the humidity and rainfall. From May through October, the amount of rainfall increases, making the air muggy and sticky. This makes it feel as though it is much hotter. From July to October, tropical storms sometimes hit the islands, bringing heavy rainfall and strong winds. This is typically the low tourist season in Puerto Rico.

Getting to Puerto Rico Resort Rentals

The main airport on Puerto Rico is located just nine miles from San Juan. The Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport hosts frequent international flights from North America, Europe, South America and neighboring Caribbean destinations. As a U.S. foreign territory, flights from America are viewed as regional rather than international flights. San Juan is a major travel hub in the Caribbean for travelers from the United States. There are regular commercial flights from most major cities, including Miami, New York City, Atlanta and Houston. If you cannot find a direct flight connection from your hometown, you may consider finding flights that route via one of these main travel hubs. In total, there are 29 airports in Puerto Rico, most of them hosting regional and domestic flights. Getting around the island is fairly easy. There is a metro rail system that serves the greater San Juan Metropolitan area. It is also relatively easy to hire a car to explore the island. Be aware that traffic can get pretty congested in urban areas.

Caribbean Vacation Rentals in Puerto Rico

There are some definite advantages to renting a vacation home in Puerto Rico. If you have a large group of friends traveling together or are planning a wedding, you can secure a villa that is spacious enough to accommodate everyone. You can wake up each morning in the privacy of your own home and enjoy breakfast out on the deck. Many of the villas are fully serviced with housekeepers who can take care of all the household tasks including cleaning, shopping and preparing meals. Most of the vacation homes are beautifully furnished with stylish finishes and top-of-the-range appliances. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ensure that everyone in your travel party can enjoy a level of privacy. Enjoy a vacation on your own time where you don't need to get up in time for breakfast if you don't want to. It is the best way to enjoy vacation on this tropical island.
