  • Amazing time.

"We had an amazing time. The pics you see advertised are what you get. The owners were more than accommodating. We had a late flight and they allowed us to stay that day. The neighbors are wonderful and Tony my favorite was such a sweet man. The condo was right on the beach. So close that we didn't even do any tours as we couldn't pull ourselves from the beach. The streets do look scared almost but are not. The condo had tv and AC to keep cool. Everything was perfect. Highly reccommend this place and we plan to stay again next year. We have a great bottle of wine and owners helped us with any questions 24/7. Only cons- shower leaks into bathroom and shower fills with water. Most likely drain problem. I would love to see dish towels to do dishes. And wash cloths for showering. Thanks again for an amazing place. Miss it already."

  • Family Vacation

"Aquatika resort was a very memorable experience. We will definitely be returning. William the owner was very hospitable he made us feel right at home. The unit was very clean and it had everything you would need just like if you were at home. My boys enjoyed the game room while we enjoyed the private terrace at night time. Aquatika was perfectly centered from all of our excursions. Old San Juan 40 min, El Yunque rainforest 30 min,and our Snorkeling tour 50 min. I would definitely recommend William place to my friends and family. THANK YOU VERY MUCH WILLIAM !!! Until next time. Ben Perez and family"

  • Peaceful location & Great view!

"My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in August 2014. The view is spectacular! The bedroom is air conditioned and we slept very well in there. We enjoyed waking up every morning to enjoy some coffee on the balcony. Great location. El Yunque isn't far away either!"

Puerto Rico Travel Tips

Visitors to Puerto Rico Vacation Rentals

Puerto Rico is a vibrant Caribbean island travel destination. It is a place where you can enjoy beautiful beaches, fine dining, a wide variety of water sports and a number of nature attractions. People who generally travel to Puerto Rico are attracted by the persistent sunshine and tropical island paradise. Depending on if you enjoy the vibrant resort-style vacation or something more remote and quiet, you can choose which part of the island you want to stay on. Relax on the beaches during the day and then hit the nightspots for some dancing in the evenings.

Best Time of Year to Visit Puerto Rico Villas

The most popular travel season to Puerto Rico is between December and April. During this time, visitors can expect hot sunny days with very little rainfall. In general, this is considered to be the dry season, although occasional rain showers do still occur. Another reason that this is a popular time of year to visit is that the humidity levels are lower. The warm weather also attracts many visitors from New York City, Boston and Chicago who want to escape the winter freeze. In general, there is little seasonal variation in the temperature in Puerto Rico. The seasons are more often defined by the humidity and rainfall. From May through October, the amount of rainfall increases, making the air muggy and sticky. This makes it feel as though it is much hotter. From July to October, tropical storms sometimes hit the islands, bringing heavy rainfall and strong winds. This is typically the low tourist season in Puerto Rico.

Getting to Puerto Rico Resort Rentals

The main airport on Puerto Rico is located just nine miles from San Juan. The Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport hosts frequent international flights from North America, Europe, South America and neighboring Caribbean destinations. As a U.S. foreign territory, flights from America are viewed as regional rather than international flights. San Juan is a major travel hub in the Caribbean for travelers from the United States. There are regular commercial flights from most major cities, including Miami, New York City, Atlanta and Houston. If you cannot find a direct flight connection from your hometown, you may consider finding flights that route via one of these main travel hubs. In total, there are 29 airports in Puerto Rico, most of them hosting regional and domestic flights. Getting around the island is fairly easy. There is a metro rail system that serves the greater San Juan Metropolitan area. It is also relatively easy to hire a car to explore the island. Be aware that traffic can get pretty congested in urban areas.

Caribbean Vacation Rentals in Puerto Rico

There are some definite advantages to renting a vacation home in Puerto Rico. If you have a large group of friends traveling together or are planning a wedding, you can secure a villa that is spacious enough to accommodate everyone. You can wake up each morning in the privacy of your own home and enjoy breakfast out on the deck. Many of the villas are fully serviced with housekeepers who can take care of all the household tasks including cleaning, shopping and preparing meals. Most of the vacation homes are beautifully furnished with stylish finishes and top-of-the-range appliances. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ensure that everyone in your travel party can enjoy a level of privacy. Enjoy a vacation on your own time where you don't need to get up in time for breakfast if you don't want to. It is the best way to enjoy vacation on this tropical island.
