"We had a great stay. Apartment was clean and it had all we needed. I especially enjoyed having the enclosed terrace in the morning while he had our coffee and planned our day. It is so convenient having a restaurant right in the corner to have breakfast. A few minute Walk to the beach. The ritz Carlton across the street and a few blocks to the San Juan hotel and intercontinental. Also cable tv and wifi"

  • Great location!!

"we have just returned from a 14-day stay at this wonderful condo and we miss it already! the unit was very clean and confortable,it was the perfect home away from home.Every morning we enjoyed drinking our coffee in the balcony overlooking the beach,we cooked several meals, kitchen well stock with all utensils and pans, great beach gear.there's a supermax on isla verde if you spend 50.00 or more they will bring you and your grocery's to your building.Owner Gabriel was marvelous to work with, when we arrived the livingroom t.v. didn't work, next day he arranged to have a new t.v. for us.We were very sad to leave, thank you gabriel for sharing your wonderful condo with us .We would recommend this unit to all our family and friends.Hope to see you soon:))"

  • should have stayed longer

"We have vacationed at various places on Puerto Rico a few times. My only regret as far staying at this place is that we should have stayed all three weeks at Mark’s condo that we were in Puerto Rico instead of just two weeks in February, 2014. It’s a great place, morning sun, great air on the hill (never used the AC), nice view and a 4 minute walk down to Sandy Beach where you can walk for miles, just swim or watch the surfing. This part of Rincon is north of the town center. Steep hills, great views and tight roads. Driving takes a day or two to get used to. Mark’s condo is comfortable, clean and efficient. Just what you want for relaxation. This neighborhood has no chain restaurants, no chain hotels and the highest building is 4 stories. Its low key, occupied by a population best described as a cross between younger surfers and aged, former Dead Heads who can only think about surfing. A nice, unpretentious mix. This is an English speaking area of the island unlike most areas outside of San Juan. So you don’t have to embarrass yourself, like I tend to do with my Spanglish. The town center itself is 10 minutes away, south, by car. Two grocery stores, Alberts and Econoco (Route 115), have everything you need. Saturday morning is a farmers market in the square. Fresh fruits and local produce are at road side stands. K-Mart and all the chain stores are less than 30 minutes away in Mayaguez. Restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the condo? Yes, and some really good ones. We didn’t get to all of them. A few sampled and appreciated are Ode to the Elephant, Pool Bar, and Saltaire, new at Casa Verde. The Pool Bar was visited more than once for salads and quality sushi and tempura (no, really!), and burgers. Check a web site for others. There are some good places within a 10 minute drive. Beverages on the upper deck at the Tamboo Inn on Sandy Beach are highly recommended. We watched whales breaching right off shore one day. We would recommend a morning drive and take an hour or two, roundtrip, up route 412 from downtown to the cell towers. You can see for miles. Day trips? The Los Morrillos lighthouse and beach (in Cabo Rojo, a US Fish and Wildlife site) and salt flats and the dry forest in Guanica on the southwest corner of the island. Or not, and just enjoy the beaches down the hill from Mark’s place. Mark was fantastic in responding to questions and helpful hints. Very professional."

  • Amazing! You will not regret it.

"This condo in Palmanova village exceeded all of our expectations. I was born and raised in Humacao, PR but have lived in the states for about 15 years now. Growing up we always went to Palmas Del Mar for family getaways. I have never stayed in such a nice villa before, this place was gorgeous. It was modern as opposed to all the dated 80's feel from all the other villas i've stayed in palmas, there was a high chair for our 9month old that was super handy, they kitchen was amazing, the three balconies with the view was incredible and to top it all off the gold cart was so much fun and handy. The private pool was the nicest i've been in all of Palmas. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond. you will not regret renting this place, im telling you, you wont. This will for sure be our getaway spot in Palmas from now on."
