  • Felt Like a King...If Scarface had a Puerto Rican getaway this would be it!!!!

"I was hesitant at first since this was my first time renting through VRBO. However, the owner's professionalism and the easy payment/deposit process got rid of any concerns. The instructions were flawless and once we arrived at the house the first thing I noticed was how clean the house was. I was very impressed with all the cooking tools and extras that come with the house. One day we wanted to go to the beach and there was a cooler for us to use. Another day we felt like snorkeling and we had multiple sets to choose from. One day we got rained in due to Tropical Storm Bertha but we just sat back and enjoyed the tropical storm from the comfort of the houses many balconies. I hope to come back to this great house again in the near future."

  • Amazing view & Excellent condo

"This beautifully decorated and well equipped condo was the perfect place for our Christmas vacation with our college son and high school daughter. As soon as we entered the condo we were amazed by the breathtaking views. On New Year eve we could see the fireworks in Rincon!!! We really enjoyed the infinity pool and Crash Boat beach (you can see both from the balcony). We definitely recommend this condo and look forward to our next visit. Thank you Juliana!"

  • Wonderful Stay at #210607

"Six adults spent a week at this beautiful condo in the Marbella section of Palmas Del Mar. This third floor (there is an elevator in the complex) condo is beautiful, and has all amenities you will need. Kitchen is well equipped, full refrigerator with ice maker, towels for both shower and poolside use, boogie boards, washer and dryer to name just a few items. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. They have a den with a pull out sofa as well. There are two balconies, one large off the living room/dining area and a second smaller one off the second bedroom. Both have spectacular views and wonderful breezes. We were there in February and never had a bug problem. There are two pools that with the Marbella section. One that is smaller and mostly shaded and another large, three level pool with plenty of comfortable chairs. Small round tables and large tables with umbrellas are also at these pools. There is no life guard, the pool doesn't get more than 4 feet deep. For children there is a Beach Club but can't use it on weekends or holidays. Monday thru Friday you can use it but there is a $15 per person fee. We were all adults and really didn't need or want to use this area. If you had children you would probably like it as it has a small water park area with slides. Note there is a beach bar and a restaurant at the Beach Club that you do not have to pay the fee to go too. The restaurant is Ok for a lunch and serves the same food at the beach bar which is right on the ocean. The beach area has been washed away a bit since last year so don't expect a long wide beach area. We did swim a lot in the ocean and it has firm sandy bottom and is shallow for quite a ways out. We had a lot of wave action while their and had a blast boogie boarding. If you have children you do have to be careful at times there was a strong undertow. We had a car so got around the Palmas complex by car but A LOT of people have golf cars and get around that way on the designated golf paths. There are at least 15 restaurants on site; some good some just OK. We enjoyed the Beer Garden restaurant near the plaza, and the Tapas restaurant and Chez Daniel on the other side of the marina. Since we had a car we ventured out several times to explore the island. We always felt safe. The Owners were great to work with patiently answering our questions. He also gave us his phone to call if problems while on site."

  • Casa Zen - Our home away from home!

"This place has been an amazing experience, we traveled from AZ with our two children 11 and 9 and the location of this house is excellent. We walked to the beach daily, to the point that we spent two nights camping in the beach without any special gear or equipment. When we needed anything we walked to the house and got it! The house has everything you need in the kitchen, I was able to cook a couple of times. The outside shower was a clever idea to keep the sand in the house to a minimum. I definitely recommend this house and will be using this place as our home for future stays in Rincon. Thanks to Annette (the owner) for sharing such beautiful house with us :)"
