  • AMAZING PLACE TO STAY AT!!!

"I just came back from a 5 night stay at the Sandy Beach Villa and I am already planning my trip back! This is such a great place to stay at. When i was looking for places i wanted to stay ON the beach and boy did i stay on the beach! You walk out of the house and down some steps and there you go... you're ON THE BEACH!!! We stayed on the first floor and we had everything we needed. It felt like home!! Ryan and Erica from Kare Management from beginning to end of the trip. They even came down to the house to help with a problem with the remote control. The roof deck is a great place to sit and watch the sunrise and sunsets. Overall everything was perfect!!! Will definitely go again and stay at the Sandy Beach Villa!!!"

  • Peter, Portland, ME

"A group of New Englanders (VT, ME, RI) needing a break from the winter of '15 found this place to be perfect. Surf beaches within easy walking distance, nearby snorkel spot (we followed a giant sea turtle for an hour!) cool cafe restaurants nearby, and picturesque vistas from the condo's sizable rooftop terrace. Funky bars with DJ's and live bands at night-- It was like July on the coast of Maine except for warm water (80 degree temps) and no bugs! Sunsets over the water with a Corona in hand-- A+. We will be trekking back here often for sure."

  • Perfect Getaway

"My husband and I stayed at this villa for a week in December and had a wonderful time. Angela was very nice and helpful and she answered all our questions. The villa was very nice, and exactly as pictured. It was very clean and the views were truly amazing. Most of the time we had the pools and hot tub to ourselves. Take a walk down the beach and you will find lots of sand dollars. We went to Richie's Cafe which has a very nice view. We also went to several restaurants right up the road from the villa. When you leave the resort, turn left on the main road and drive up the road about a mile and a 1/2. On the left hand side there are several very nice restaurants & a few shops located all together with an open type atmosphere. I can't remember the names of the restaurants, but one of them is famous for lobster. The food was very good and we would recommend it. We rented a car and went to Old San Juan, and the El Yunque National Rainforest. We would highly recommend both places. We did rent Kayaks and went to the Bioluminescent Bay. Maybe it was the night we went there, however, we weren't impressed at all. We only stayed in the area where you see the lights for about 10 minutes and we didn't see much at all. We moved our hands in the water a little bit and that is when we saw the lights. Although this was highly recommended I wouldn't waste the money. We had a wonderful time and would love to return and stay in the same villa, it was GREAT!!!"

  • Wonderful Villa

"Our family stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful villa in Rincon. The views are absolutely breathtaking and we enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast as well as evening drinks on the patio. The villa is quite true to the pictures and description with 3 comfortable bedrooms. This was perfect for my family of 4 as my wife and I had the master bedroom and my teenage son & daughter each had separate bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms downstairs share one bathroom with another bathroom upstairs. The villa was very clean and all towels and bedding are provided. There is a kitchen with most everything you need if you decide to eat in and a gas grill on the patio for cooking outside. The villa was very nicely decorated and furnished. The location is about 3.5 miles from the center of Rincon up in the immediate hills which can be pretty steep and are a lot of fun to drive. There is a good supermarket in town as well as a local co-op tp get food. Buy your fruit from the stand on the corner near the supermarket, the mangos were jut perfect . There are plenty of good beaches to visit within 15 minutes and many restaurants. Many of Rincon's best places are tucked away or look unassuming but with a little research, you can find some great places to eat. Maria is very responsive and easy to work with. There is also a local property manager to show you how to get to the villa, and get you set up when you arrive. Jim was quite helpful and friendly, happy to answer any questions. We have used VRBO many times and have had great experiences so far. Always try and keep in mind that you are staying in someone's 2nd home, it is not a hotel or resort, so you need to be a bit self sufficient and of course treat the home, surroundings & neighbors well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Rincon."
