"We stayed for 3 days and the experience was awesome at Dulce Sueno. Had everything we needed and much more. The view is beautiful and the breeze is just perfect! We brought our own car so we didn't have any problem traveling around the island, definitely having a vehicle is a must at this location. Michele and Damian are very nice and always available for help. I would definitely recommend this house."

"This was the first trip my girlfriend and I have made to Vieques after many years of talking about going. We like to vacation in places a bit of the grid in beautiful natural settings. Last year we vacationed on Isla Mujeres off the Yucatan coast. Vieques was everything we had imagined and more. Navigating our jeep to find new beaches made every day feel like an adventure and we never stopped wondering at yet another beautiful, virtually deserted beach. It didn’t take us long to fall into the rhythm of island life. We also loved that the magnificent horses roamed free on the island along with various other species. Really hard to believe this island was so abused by the US military for so many years.
And 360Vieques is amazingly beautiful home base. It is designed for you to spend as much time out-of-doors as possible. The various decks, the beautiful pool, the views from the roof with those intoxicating breezes- sigh – all made for a memorable experience.
Both the design of the house and its physical location are really great. Besides sleeping, we spent very little time indoors. And even with sleeping, waking up to the amazing vista looking out to Caribbean made the start of every day breathtaking. Everything is made easy for the guests and we felt quite at home in no time.
It's really hard to come up with suggested improvements. Possibly having wifi, although not having access probably helped our stress levels and kept us outside more of the time.
The representation on the website is very accurate but the pictures really don’t capture the full experience. How do you capture in pictures the beautiful, warm intoxicating breezes that were a constant presence, the magnificent night sky, the changing lightscape from morning to dusk?
The property managers Annette and Dennis were perfect hosts. Annette picked us up at our car rental and gave us an orientation to the island along with her favorite spots to dine, and Dennis had the unfortunate task of taking us to drop off our car rental before heading to our flight but not before talking about his island life.
We'll definitely be back."

"La Escapada... a festival of family frivolity! My wife and I, our two 20-something children and daughter-in-law recently returned from a fantastic week here. The house is perfectly situated on the island to take advantage of all that there is on this low-key Caribbean kismet. Island breezes sweep the property almost non-stop, whether you're lazing by the gorgeous pool listening to the rustling palm trees, dining on the covered patio or gazing at the horizon from the side porch.
It's clearly someone's home... not simply a rental property. The decor is island-fabulous, tchotchke'd just right, and comfy as can be. Tony & Christina take great care as great caretakers do, and made our segue to paradise seamless as can be.
And, oh, the island! Great people, great food, and you can engage or disengage completely, as there are tons of passive and active things to do. From dive-bars with fantastic sunsets to hardcore 4-wheeling adventures to the most pristine, solitary caribbean beaches you're going to find, it's all here.
Highest recommendation. Come and experience it."

"This was our second time to Vieques and first time staying at Los Bohios. The property is stunning and fit 3 families perfectly. The pool was perfect for the little ones and the hot tub was a bonus! The view from the pool and living room was just beautiful. The property is very private so you don't need to worry about seeing or hearing any neighbors. The kids loved running around the huge yard and seeing the horses surrounding the property. We enjoyed grilling and playing board games at night. There are coolers, snorkel gear, beach chairs AND a beach tent for the kids in the laundry room to use on the beach. The only thing we didn't have were buckets and shovels for the kids, but we made due without. There are plenty of spices and left over condiments from previous guests ( we also left some for the next guests) which was nice. There is no AC but you really don't need it. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans (master has 4) which provided enough circulation and the cool breeze kept us comfortable at night. We didn't sleep with the doors open just for fear of getting bit by mosquitos. Unfortunately the heater on the pool wasn't working so we didn't swim at night but the hot tub was perfect. There is a house alarm which we used when we were out but felt very safe the entire time we were there. We ate out a few times in Esperanza but mostly cooked/grilled at the house. We previously stayed in Isabel and enjoyed Esperanza so much more. The strip of shops and restaurants is very cute and has a beautiful view of the ocean. There are also 3 markets close by to buy food and alcohol. The beaches here (in my opinion) are some of the most beautiful in the caribbean. Crystal clear water, white sand and no rocks or shells. Our favorites are Blue beach (la Chiva) and Pata Prieta. We found these to be the least crowded and had the calmest water. We were fortunate to have gone the week when there was no moon so we did the bioluminescent bay tour and really enjoyed it. You definitely need to rent a car to get around the island. The house is located on top of a hill and nothing is within walking distance. Colleen the property manager was very helpful with getting us info on car rentals, ferry times and flight info. We hope to come back again soon!"
