"Our family of 7 stayed for a week in April and Little Palm was perfect. The porch views are great. The pool is very nice although we spent most days at different beaches. The house had everything we needed and more. Isaiah warmly greeted us and gave us good insight on local activities and happenings. We love the location on the east end of the island. We walked several times to the bakery and a great Italian pizzeria, the Artisan. We also picked up fresh (still alive!) lobsters and fish from the fisherman at the Island Harbour pier. Anguilla is an incredible island and the house was perfect."

"My husband and I recently returned home after our 2nd stay at Villa Maison Princesse. Once again, the fridge was stocked with essentials that were very helpful. The property is still very beautiful and well-maintained. Joelle was out of town, so we did not get to see her this time, and actually did not see anyone from the family - only Denise on one occasion. We enjoy the privacy the villa affords, and hope that we are able to return again in the future. Just a few comments for areas of improvement. We had asked in advance for a blender (we Americans love to make our frozen drinks!). It was not there when we arrived, but they did provide a food processor mid-week. It was a little difficult to use for this purpose, but we were able to make do. The listing does state that the property has a grill and a washer/dryer. Andi had advised in advance that regarding the washer/dryer, you could ask Denise to do the laundry for you and tip her for the service. That is fine, but then I don't think this should be included in the listing. Same with the grill - there was none. We purchased fresh fish at the market, and then had no grill on which to cook it. They did eventually provide one mid-week, but no charcoal, matches, etc., so at that point, we had to go purchase those items. Basically - if your listing says you have it, you should have access to be able to use it. The other comment is that the villa, with the exception of the bedroom is not air conditioned, and can get very hot, as their are no windows to provide for cross-ventilation. It is a problem when you are cooking in the kitchen, but nothing we couldn't get past. Look forward to your next stay at this beautiful property!"

"This was our first trip back to Cayman with our son. We loved the location since it was not near the cruise ship ports and resort craziness. You can walk to the Turtle Farm and Dolphin adventure. There are good restaurants very close as well. It is north of 7 mile beach and the shore is lava, but there is small sandy stop to lounge and a lovely sandy public beach about a mile away. This condo is right off of the pool and steps away from the ocean. If you are diving or snorkeling, there is a premiere shore dive right off of the dock. It could not be in a more perfect location for our diving family. We had room to move and a beautiful view of the ocean. The owners are very attentive and communication via e-mail or phone was easy. These are nice people!
We liked the fact that we could eat in if needed - especially when morning boat diving. It was great to be able to fix a quick breakfast before the dive boat left. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! I cannot say enough about this great condo and location."
