"Just got back from our stay and already we are counting down the days until we go back. Condo was perfect! We have visited St Maarten 7 times and we always stay on Simpson bay beach but this was our first visit to this condo but definitely won't be our last. It had everything we could possibly have needed! Met some fantastic people in the complex as well. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant and the condo was exactly as described. I dislike giving a good review though! I want to keep this place for myself!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Wonderful property, excellent location, impeccable views from a great vantage point. Indoor and outdoor furniture was comfortable and plentiful. We spent most of your time outside enjoying the gorgeous weather relaxing on the very large outdoor space. Pool was the perfect depth (and size) to cool off and relax. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and King sized. AC in the bedrooms was good, and you definitely needed it to sleep. We were surprised the main living space was not air conditioned, but it didn’t seem to matter with the breeze coming through. Lenka was a pleasure to work with for the booking, Alice was very nice and welcoming at the airport, Paul was very responsive for any maintenance issues, the house cleaner was thorough, and Victoria was great at following up after the trip was over. Only a few hundred feet over to the Westin for casinos, restaurants, concierge assistance, whatever. We love to cook, so we actually BBQ’d on the patio almost every night; decent grill. Fresh fish from the downtown fisherman’s market or from Le Grand Marche’. Would definitely go back."

"We went to Saint Maarten and stayed at this condo for two weeks and everything was perfect. This condo is extremely large and plenty of spaces for a family of four. There are actually two patios, a smaller one in the front overlooking the airport and Simpson Bay and a much larger one in the back overlooking Simpson Bay, Mullet Bay, and Port Cupecoy. The beds are very confortable but they get a little hot because they are covered with plastic underneath the sheets. We bought steaks from Grand Marche and live lobters from the community center in Simpson Bay and grilled in the back patio using the large grill for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked with various herbs and spices, and everything else to cook meals. Just like others who have stayed at this condo, we left behind coffees, spices, and suntan lotions for the next guests. Because of the slow season, the pool was mostly empty when we were using it. The location of the condo was perfect because it was easy to get to Simpson Bay, Philipsburg, Marigot, Grand Case, Oyster Pond, and Orient Bay. Highly recommended."

"My wife and I spent 10 days in Benjamin's apartment. We loved Mount Vernon and Benjamin's place. Orient Beach is fabulous and all of the restaurants were great, especially those in Grand Case. Didier was most helpful and their when we called and had a couple beers waiting for me on arrival! Now, the bad side; parking at Mount Vernon is a nightmare. There is very limited parking on the hill near the main entrance, and a large lot down the hill behind the complex. If you are out in the evening, expect to park in the back lot or down the street. We parked our car in the back lot, it rained all evening and the next morning the back lot was a lake! Our car was full of water up to the seats and a few other cars were completely covered. Needless to say, this put a huge damper on an otherwise great vacation. I don't know how they fix this problem, unless Benjamin provides one of the private/locked spots with the rental. Other than the parking situation, we loved Mount Vernon and Benjamin's apartment !"
