"This was our first stay on St. Martin and after exploring the island we think we actually landed in the best place right here at Nbbc. The unit was perfect for us love birds. We were so close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to snorkel right outside. Each day we would enjoy coffee in the morning before we were off exploring. So close to everything- Dutch side too. But the French side we really loved. Marigot was right up the street for street vendor shopping. Each evening before dinner we would enjoy a glass of wine and fresh French bread we bought right down the road while enjoying the fantastic view of the blue sea. Great restaurants in Grand Case close by for authentic French cuisine. The furnishings were very comfortable and we felt right at home. Each night we would sit out under the stars. Just Beautiful. I felt safe and it was always quiet. Love Love Love! Elisa was very accommodating and answered all our crazy American questions. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and would want to stay again."

"We enjoyed staying in this apartment for a week with our 5 years old son. We found the property exactly as we expected: nice and clean place, wonderful view of the sea, well equipped kitchen. Building location is also really good - never direct sun through the window.
I loved that sliding window. We almost did not close it listening waves and birds.
Jay is the best host, very thoughtful and caring. He provided us with lots of information, which we appreciate so very much. That helped us a lot. We rented a car and had some day trips around the island. We did not explore many beaches because of having a small child. We went to Happy bay, Orient bay and small beach next to Beach Club hotel. Apparently they all are great, but we liked Grand Case beach the most.
Restaurants are amazing and food was delicious.
I would definitely recommend this place for families with small kids."

"We were so glad we chose the Grand Case area for our vacation!! This property offers a beautiful view of the ocean and Anguilla without even leaving the condo!! The owner does an excellent job maintaining contact leading up to the vacation. The property manager is also superb to work with. She was there to greet us upon arrival and gave us some great tips as to where to shop and dine.
There is snorkel gear, beach chairs/towels, and a cooler to venture out to the beach below. Everyone we encountered here was very friendly and welcoming. The beach in front of the property is easy access. You can use the beach as a way to get into the village where there is a multitude of shops and restaurants to chose from. A ten minute walk is all it takes!!
There is parking on the premises, but I would highly recommend a small car to rent as it is quite limited.
I hope to have the pleasure of revisiting this paradise and would highly recommend this property to anyone!!"

"Very large comfortable studio in a large 2 -3 story condo complex in former hotel now remodeled as condos. Walk to beach. Had large pool all to myself as other guests do not seem to use it much. Patio is nice place to sit, eat dinner, drink rum. Kitchen has all basic supplies. Bath has large shower with plenty hot water. Bed large and comfortable. It's about a 30 minute drive from airport with lots of traffic during the day. Parking lot is a bit of a walk up hill to condo. Views are great. Not good for those with disabilities / limited mobility. For limited hours during the day you can drive up to the condo to drop off groceries but gate is locked in evening. Power to entire complex went out for a few hours one night; not a major inconvenience as there is great breeze from the sea. I never used air-conditioner. Large population of semi-feral cats in complex so you do not need to bring your own cat. Alban and Francy very helpful and easy to deal with."
