"An amazing property. Beautiful sunset views, views of sailboats going in and out of Simpson Bay through the drawbridge. Bob was great. Always there when you need him and you didn't know he was upstairs. The beach in front is great for swimming, bring water shoes to traverse the flat coral in front. Snorkeling out front was good. AC in the bedrooms is enough, no need for the living room. We used the pool every night to cool off and have some drinks. Bob was nice enough to set us up with a rental car and a lift from the airport. Very close to Maho Beach and Mullett Bay Beach is a must to grab some lounges and umbrellas. We even saw Bob's band at a beach bar in Simpson one night. We would not hesitate to stay again. Check out the crabs in the backyard. Thanks Bob."

"We just finished our first stay at this villa and had a wonderful time. Our family vacation comprised 8 adults so we made use of the whole villa both upstairs and downstairs. The villa is nice and clean and beautiful; the pool is clean and inviting and was used every day; the beach really is only a 5 minute walk away; the television had more than enough to keep some of the younger adults happy; and all of us used the WIFI with no issues. The kitchen was well equipped and had an induction stove which was a first for us and we used it often. There were 3 or 4 French coffee/pastry shops on the walk to the beach and we used them frequently. There are 6 or so great restaurants where we ate dinner on two evenings. There is also a very well stocked convenience/grocery store. The beach has great sand and bars/restaurants with clean rest rooms and chairs/umbrellas can be rented from several restaurants ($20 or less for two chairs and an umbrella). We grilled out at the villa twice and we drove to Grand Case (very short ride) on two nights - once to visit the much recommended LOLO named Taste of the Town and then another to visit a French restaurant (of which there are many). We completed every jigsaw puzzle we could find. We met both the owner and property manager and they were very responsive and helpful.
Very happy with our choice to stay at this villa!

"We were looking for an up to date, well maintained location with easy access to the beach. We were not disappointed, as this rental was all of that and more. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The unit is secure, well maintained and has a great kitchen. It was so easy to walk in from the beach to grab a snack and be able to walk right back out. The beach is large, clean and quiet. On most days we felt like we were the only ones out there. The water was calm, free of seaweed and no rocks to worry about. We took our 14 year old and the three of us had plenty of room. The local cell phone, wifi and internet phone that were included were all a plus. The property manager did a great job in the 'orientation', giving us many valuable tips for enjoying the island and getting settled (groceries, dining, excursions, etc.)."
