"We were two families sharing this exceptional villa. Our daughter’s had graduated from College this spring so we wanted to offer them an exotic vacation before entering the work force. The villa was very well designed with spectacular views from many different lounging locations. The pool was in excellent shape with crystal clear water and the landscape was beautifully maintained with many tropical plants and flowers all around. We snorkeled daily in front of the villa descending from a ladder into the Caribbean Sea seeing many different species of fish as well as iguanas lounging on the lava coast line. All the furniture, lighting and appliances worked and very well maintained. The live-in custodians, Corinne and Bruno really make the villa hospitable with fresh towels and minor cleanup every couple days and always available for local questions. This villa is unique and very well maintained exceeding my expectations from the pictures and description on VRBO. The only drawback were the many mosquitos due to the abundant plant life which effect the lady’s more than the men. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a unique villa with spectacular views."

"We came to celebrate both oour birthdays, the location was great. Check in was a breeze with Jean Pierre. Loved the beaches on the island and will definately return to see the other 34 beaches we did not get a chance to see. Location was right on the beach and we loved listening to waves daily. Thank you again Jean Pierre and Martine!!!!!"

"Three of us stayed in this beautiful two bedroom condo for two weeks! Itis very centrally located in the quaint Creole town of Grand Case, right on
the beach! The highlight of the building is the balcony overlooking the
beach which runs the width of the three story building. The second and
third floor units (we were on the second floor) are completely furnished
with table for six, and large lounge area. You can sit out there all day
out of the sun if you like, and around 4:00 when the sun starts to come
around and it gets hot, you can move out to the balcony on the street side
where there is always a lovely breeze and shade at that time of the day, and
its a great spot for people watching! The bedrooms are on the street side
of the building. One has 2 twin beds and an adjoining shower/sink, while
the other has a king bed with ensuite shower/sink, and they are air
conditioned with very quiet units. There is only one toilet located
between the two bedrooms. The kitchen/sitting room are in between the
balcony and bedrooms and face the ocean with sliding glass doors the entire
width. There is no a/c in this area however if you open the back french
doors you get a nice cross breeze. The kitchen is very well equipped but
small. The lower floor is split between and office on the beach side one
one side and second bathroom, with a shower on the balcony for washing the
sand off. There is also a shared laundry room located in the back. There is
a small wooden deck off the front with stairs down to the beach. Beach
chairs and towels are provided as well as all other linens. There is also a
charcoal Weber grille for your use on the deck. The beach is very quiet, at
times we were the only people there. The sand is fine and white and the
water perfect for swimming because this area of the bay is protected so
there are no big waves. The view if the entire bay is fantastic. There is
one parking spot per unit off street which is great because the street is
one lane, one way and parking is hard to come by, especially in the evenings
when the shops and fabulous French restaurants open and the tourists from
all over the island flood in.
The building is very clean and well maintained. It is secured from the
street and beach sides with locking iron gates and has a security system, as
well as metal roll down shutters across the beach balconies. There is
satellite TV however there are only French channels. The wifi reception is
pretty good but can be a bit"
