  • Beautiful house & an incredible vacation!

"We stayed at Villa Pom over Christmas. The house is incredible & had everything we needed and more. The description is very accurate, the kitchen has even more upgrades and it was very clean. Maly the property manager was very helpful & responsive before and during our stay. The layout of the house is great for a large party. We had 10 in our group. We enjoyed spending time together in the family room, on the gorgeous porch & by the pool. It was very nice having separate full bathrooms for all 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need and more. We had several meals at the house & the large dining room table accommodated all of us. The hutch is stocked full of serving wear. We spent a lot of time on the porch & by the pool. The view is incredible! Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the hammock on the porch. There are several beach towels supplied. The house is in a great location, I would recommend renting a car. We went to several beautiful beaches on the island. We had a great time snorkeling & relaxing at some of the local beaches. Mullet Bay was my favorite beach. The day we went the water was very calm & crystal clear blue. We had a relaxing time just floating in the water on Christmas Eve day. Orient Bay is not very far from the house and you get free beach chairs there with your Villa Pom key. Villa Pizza has great pizza & is just down the hill from the house. It was a great time for our entire family. We made a lot of great memories & we would definitely love to go back!"

  • • We cannot wait to return

"We loved the villa and the location. Anna was a pleasure to work. Three adults and 2 kids. Perfect space with 3 bedrooms, the pool and hot tub were perfect with the kids. When the adults wanted to relax, the kids had the pool and hot tub to keep them occupied. 1 minute walk to the beach and the Waikiki beach bar. We had been to the islands many times, but 1st time with the kids. Anna is a wealth of information and pointed us to new restaurants which we enjoyed. The villa is as described, no complaints or recommendations, maybe 1, an automatic ice maker, ran out of ice for the cocktails a few times. My family and I thank you Anna for making it a wonderful vacation."

  • What you see is what you get.

"The details describing the amenities for unit 503 are exactly what you see on the VRBO site. Roy was responsive to our pre-trip inquiries and his rental car relationship with Prestige was good advice. Great restaurants nearby and don't discount the little market across from Mr. Busby's as the prices are comparable to the larger markets. This is our 9th trip to the island but the first at Princess Heights. The location is perfect and we expect to return."

  • A Private Paradise

"We have been visiting St. Martin on and off for over twenty years and this was by far the best place we ever stayed. The view is stunning. The outdoor space is the big draw here. We loved waking up in this little piece of heaven and having our coffee and breakfast and a having a swim. We loved lounging by the pool in the afternoons with a cocktail or a glass of wine. Being high up on a hill ensures a nice, constant breeze so it was never too hot. Each of the bedrooms also has very good, individually controllable air conditioning, so sleeping is comfortable for all. We didn't cook dinners there because being New York Foodies we love to explore all the island's restaurants. (By the way we discovered a brand new excellent restaurant that rivals any on Grand Case that is just a five minute drive away on Oyster Bay Pond called The Pavillion. Elaine the chef was amazing and personally attended to anything you could want.) However, you could cook at the villa if you want to because the kitchen is big and there is a big indoor and outdoor dining table. We didn't turn on a TV once the whole week we were there but they have a nice one if you need that. They have wifi, which is helpful since a lot of the island's cell connections are spotty. And you're in a gated community which makes you feel perfectly safe. The owners are exceptionally easy to deal with; available, in contact and very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I'd say is that you definitely need a car here because you are up on the hill and not near a resort or restaurant, so no taxis are just hanging around waiting you. We rented a car and it was fine. We hope to return to this villa so I have no hesitation in giving it an excellent review and our recommendation."
