Best place in St-Martin
"My family and I stayed in this condo for 10 days, what a great place! Excellent location, felt safe with 24 hour security, lots of restaurants and things do to. My husband loved the rooftop private deck! Best beach is 2 minutes from this condo at Mullet's bay (rent 2 chairs and beach umbrela for 15$). Went shopping at Phillisburg and Marigot. You will need a car to get around the island, but prices are cheap. We drove a lot around the island and felt that Cupecoy was the best location on the island, we highly recommend renting this condo, it is clean and beautiful, close to the airport...watch the cruise ships arrive in the morning from your balcony."

"Omg! I have travelled to 47 countries and stayed in many hotels and private properties. This one is really outstanding! First, the views of the sea from every single room. You have the beach literary at your door step. The outdoor patio has a lovely pool that we used every day after the swimming and venturing for wonderful French food and shopping. The villa is luxury in every single aspect. High quality contemporary decor, furniture, dream kitchen with every single gadget imaginable that I plan to reproduce back home. Luxury showers and bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit. The location is wonderful. It is on the Dutch side and within 10-15 minutes drive from most of the attractions. What I really loved about it was No crowds! You have your private beach and NOBODY can see you sunbathing on your balcony or swimming naked in your private pool. We preferred to cook at home and after a dinner enjoyed soaking in our private patio pool and then sipping wine listening to the waves. This place is great for a very romantic exclusive stay for a couple or 2 or for a group of 4-6 people as it has 2 bedrooms ( one with a king size bed and another one with two single beds) and 3 baths. Additionally every bedroom has an extra very comfortable high quality roll out. The living room has a very comfortable couch that sleeps 2 people. The owner is very responsive and takes great price of keeping the place immaculate. I am in love with this place! Thank you, Anna!"

"This was one of our many jet aways to the Islands. The condo had all of the comforts of home. It was clean comfy and up to date. The wifi allowed us to stay in touch with our folks back in the states. I spent a lot of time on the patio, which overlooked the pool. It was relaxing and romantic; allowing me and sweetheart to rekindle our love. The condo is also centrally located near grocery shopping and restaurants and a shopping mall. There is a restaurant on the premesis that has an all you can eat rib special. It is also a spot where you can get a really good and inexpensive american breakfast(under $10.00). Renting this condo even saved us on car rental rates. Carine got us a special discount that was much cheaper than we found on our own. Thanks for everything Carine!!! We will be definitely return to this condo on our next trip to St. Maarten."

Are you asking yourself – Is This Place For REAL?????
"We had a fabulous stay at the Queen Penthouse for 18 days during our vacation in June & July, 2015. Alan the property manager was a pleasure to work with, he answered every question I had, both before and during our stay.
To say that this penthouse is huge is somewhat of an understatement, plenty of room for everyone to sprawl out and relax wherever they preferred.
The first floor has a huge living area, half bath, dining area, utility room with both washer and dryer, and a kitchen with everything required to prepare meals. There are also two bedrooms (we did not rent them or have any access to them) on this floor.
We did have use of the 3 bedrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet that you pass through in order to get to the master bath. The master bath consists of a toilet, bidet, two vanities, whirlpool and shower. The other two bedrooms shared a bath with a toilet, large sink with 2 faucets and walk in shower. There was also a smaller living area with a TV. Again, plenty of space everywhere.
Both floors have balconies that are above Cupecoy beach with fabulous views and plenty of outdoor furniture. The second floor also has a balcony on the lagoon side that can be accessed from the master bath and one of the second bedrooms.
We found the location to be perfect, situated on the Dutch side, we were able to get anywhere on the island under 35 minutes. A two minute drive will get you to Maho Village where there are some wonderful restaurants and shopping. Heading the other way is a small nice grocery store and also the French side of the island – again, both about 2 minutes away.
Please be aware that apparently during this time of the year (summer) – the sand at Cupecoy beach may or may not be there. For the first week, there was not much sand and then some appeared, almost overnight. This really was not a big deal for us as Maho Beach is just a short walk from The Cliffs and one of our other favorite beaches - Baie Rouge was a 5 minute drive away.
I highly recommend that if you are going to St. Martin and this penthouse is within your budget – you should consider staying at the Queen Penthouse. If we return to the island, it will be our first choice of accommodations."
