Best place in St-Martin
"My family and I stayed in this condo for 10 days, what a great place! Excellent location, felt safe with 24 hour security, lots of restaurants and things do to. My husband loved the rooftop private deck! Best beach is 2 minutes from this condo at Mullet's bay (rent 2 chairs and beach umbrela for 15$). Went shopping at Phillisburg and Marigot. You will need a car to get around the island, but prices are cheap. We drove a lot around the island and felt that Cupecoy was the best location on the island, we highly recommend renting this condo, it is clean and beautiful, close to the airport...watch the cruise ships arrive in the morning from your balcony."

"We had the pleasure of staying in this condo for the week of New Year's and it couldn't have been more perfect!! The condo itself was very, very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. It was truly a "home away from home" with all the creature comforts (high-speed internet/Vonage/kitchen appliances). The actual condo property is gorgeous with three pools and beautiful landscaping. We were even treated to a local iguana chilling in the bougainvillea. Gated parking with guards that are super friendly. My Mom became "pals" with a few on her morning/nightly walks.
The owner (Vicki) was super quick to answer all emails and provided links to videos about the condo and SXM along w/literature to print out. The location was great, too. Close to all the hotspots, within walking to some restaurants and you could even walk to Mullet Bay beach, if you wanted.
I highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to rent it again myself."

"Jim and Flora Batten can't say enough about this place. All you read in the reviews is true. This is our fourth year. Flora and our daughter spend two weeks each May, and the whole family spends 6 to 9 weeks each October, November and December. Would never consider anywhere else. We love Fred and Carol (the owners) and Marcia the housekeeper.

Are you asking yourself – Is This Place For REAL?????
"We had a fabulous stay at the Queen Penthouse for 18 days during our vacation in June & July, 2015. Alan the property manager was a pleasure to work with, he answered every question I had, both before and during our stay.
To say that this penthouse is huge is somewhat of an understatement, plenty of room for everyone to sprawl out and relax wherever they preferred.
The first floor has a huge living area, half bath, dining area, utility room with both washer and dryer, and a kitchen with everything required to prepare meals. There are also two bedrooms (we did not rent them or have any access to them) on this floor.
We did have use of the 3 bedrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet that you pass through in order to get to the master bath. The master bath consists of a toilet, bidet, two vanities, whirlpool and shower. The other two bedrooms shared a bath with a toilet, large sink with 2 faucets and walk in shower. There was also a smaller living area with a TV. Again, plenty of space everywhere.
Both floors have balconies that are above Cupecoy beach with fabulous views and plenty of outdoor furniture. The second floor also has a balcony on the lagoon side that can be accessed from the master bath and one of the second bedrooms.
We found the location to be perfect, situated on the Dutch side, we were able to get anywhere on the island under 35 minutes. A two minute drive will get you to Maho Village where there are some wonderful restaurants and shopping. Heading the other way is a small nice grocery store and also the French side of the island – again, both about 2 minutes away.
Please be aware that apparently during this time of the year (summer) – the sand at Cupecoy beach may or may not be there. For the first week, there was not much sand and then some appeared, almost overnight. This really was not a big deal for us as Maho Beach is just a short walk from The Cliffs and one of our other favorite beaches - Baie Rouge was a 5 minute drive away.
I highly recommend that if you are going to St. Martin and this penthouse is within your budget – you should consider staying at the Queen Penthouse. If we return to the island, it will be our first choice of accommodations."
