  • Our Dream vacation!

"From the moment we walked in to the unit and saw the beautiful views and the veranda we knew we were going to have a special vacation. The accommodations are perfect, very clean with lots of room to relax and unpack; we felt "at home". It was convenient to have a full kitchen, we like to have a light breakfast and venture out for the day exploring new beaches and places to eat! One of our "special beach" was Dreams, it is very chic and cosmopolitan; the sushi was some of the best we ever had. The chairs and umbrella were free if you bought lunch. As you suggested we rented a car, great advise we went everywhere!! The staff is outstanding, anxious to help with anything you need and always courteous and polite; they even helped book a snorkel trip. Lastly we were sad leaving because we were not done having fun. We will tell everyone what a great place it is to vacation!"

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!

"My son and I wanted to find Heaven on earth for my birthday and we found it! He went snorkeling almost every day and found the MOST amazing fish right around the bend. He is a very strong swimmer (a requirement), but he told me about the clown fish, puffer fish, and scads of blue fish. We had a great time going to ALL of the local restaurants: Big Fish, Canoa, Mr. Busby's, and Beau Beau's. They are all amazing. My favorite is getting the pastries at 7AM from the Pier Grocery. All of these things are literally within a 2-5 minute walk. I LOVE this place!!! Of course the BEST part is that the beach is RIGHT there and you can soak in the most beautiful beach and beach sounds you have ever heard in all of your life. So GO and treat yourself!!!"

  • Island Paradise

"This beautiful oceanfront home with lovely grounds and pool has it all. The home's three bedrooms with private baths are spacious and comfortable with beautiful ocean views. The view from the patio looking out over the mountains and ocean is spectacular. It is very close to a sandy beach down the road and the property it is located in a safe and quiet gated community. Enjoyed hours in the pool and sunning on the patio. Morning breakfasts looking out on the ocean were relaxing and memorable. Kitchen is perfect for meal preparation with plenty of kitchen ware. Loved exploring the Island and it's location is an easy ride to both Phillipsburg and Marigot. Plenty of grocery stores, shopping, and great restaurants close by. Already planned my next vacation with Cherie who is wonderful and easy to work with and accommodating to our vacation needs."

  • A good stay for our family

"We had a 10th anniversary trip to St Maarten for 11 nights with our three children (ages-7,5,2). We choose this location because we wanted to stay in a different location from our previous two visits (Maho area/Pelican Key area). Here is our summary of this place: The Great - Rick was a pleasure to deal with throughout the rental process. He was always willing to answer our questions and strived to provide us with the best vacation experience possible. Whether it was dealing with a maintenance issue (leaking from the condo above) or helping us locate an extra blanket for the single pullout, Rick didn't hesitate to reply promptly to our emails. - The overall amenities of the property provided us with a great vacation. Whether it was a kitchen stocked with all of the kitchen gadgets needed for cooking, a nice swimming pool for the kids when they were tired of cleaning off all the sand, or the 4 beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that provided us with comfort during our many beach visits. This condo/property (Princess Heights) truly provides one with all that they will need during their visit. The Good - The finishing of the condo/property are nice. The granite countertops, the stainless steel appliances, the quality of the furniture provided really gives off a feel of luxury. The only thing stopping this category from moving up to the great are some of the smaller finishing details of the condo (some of the electrical outlets not attached to the wall, crack in the bathroom door, leaking water from the condo above, etc) Although these are minor and pretty insignificant it does limit the classification to just the good. The Bad The only bad thing we would say about this condo/property is the overall location. This is no ones fault as some might find this location perfect. After spending over 30 days on this island during 3 different visits we simply know which beaches we like (Mullet, Maho- plane watching, Happy Bay, Le Gallion- condo location is great for this beach) the best and where we like to spend the bulk of our time. Because the majority of time was at locations further from this property our travel time was increased throughout our trip. With this being our 3rd trip to the island we did notice that traffic is still rather slow and bad (we witnessed multiple accidents during our trip). Overall, I would give this property a 4.5 star and Rick a 5 star rating. Don't hesitate to book with Rick if you are looking for a good stay."
