"We enjoyed staying in this apartment for a week with our 5 years old son. We found the property exactly as we expected: nice and clean place, wonderful view of the sea, well equipped kitchen. Building location is also really good - never direct sun through the window.
I loved that sliding window. We almost did not close it listening waves and birds.
Jay is the best host, very thoughtful and caring. He provided us with lots of information, which we appreciate so very much. That helped us a lot. We rented a car and had some day trips around the island. We did not explore many beaches because of having a small child. We went to Happy bay, Orient bay and small beach next to Beach Club hotel. Apparently they all are great, but we liked Grand Case beach the most.
Restaurants are amazing and food was delicious.
I would definitely recommend this place for families with small kids."

"Three of us stayed in this beautiful two bedroom condo for two weeks! Itis very centrally located in the quaint Creole town of Grand Case, right on
the beach! The highlight of the building is the balcony overlooking the
beach which runs the width of the three story building. The second and
third floor units (we were on the second floor) are completely furnished
with table for six, and large lounge area. You can sit out there all day
out of the sun if you like, and around 4:00 when the sun starts to come
around and it gets hot, you can move out to the balcony on the street side
where there is always a lovely breeze and shade at that time of the day, and
its a great spot for people watching! The bedrooms are on the street side
of the building. One has 2 twin beds and an adjoining shower/sink, while
the other has a king bed with ensuite shower/sink, and they are air
conditioned with very quiet units. There is only one toilet located
between the two bedrooms. The kitchen/sitting room are in between the
balcony and bedrooms and face the ocean with sliding glass doors the entire
width. There is no a/c in this area however if you open the back french
doors you get a nice cross breeze. The kitchen is very well equipped but
small. The lower floor is split between and office on the beach side one
one side and second bathroom, with a shower on the balcony for washing the
sand off. There is also a shared laundry room located in the back. There is
a small wooden deck off the front with stairs down to the beach. Beach
chairs and towels are provided as well as all other linens. There is also a
charcoal Weber grille for your use on the deck. The beach is very quiet, at
times we were the only people there. The sand is fine and white and the
water perfect for swimming because this area of the bay is protected so
there are no big waves. The view if the entire bay is fantastic. There is
one parking spot per unit off street which is great because the street is
one lane, one way and parking is hard to come by, especially in the evenings
when the shops and fabulous French restaurants open and the tourists from
all over the island flood in.
The building is very clean and well maintained. It is secured from the
street and beach sides with locking iron gates and has a security system, as
well as metal roll down shutters across the beach balconies. There is
satellite TV however there are only French channels. The wifi reception is
pretty good but can be a bit"

"We were so glad we chose the Grand Case area for our vacation!! This property offers a beautiful view of the ocean and Anguilla without even leaving the condo!! The owner does an excellent job maintaining contact leading up to the vacation. The property manager is also superb to work with. She was there to greet us upon arrival and gave us some great tips as to where to shop and dine.
There is snorkel gear, beach chairs/towels, and a cooler to venture out to the beach below. Everyone we encountered here was very friendly and welcoming. The beach in front of the property is easy access. You can use the beach as a way to get into the village where there is a multitude of shops and restaurants to chose from. A ten minute walk is all it takes!!
There is parking on the premises, but I would highly recommend a small car to rent as it is quite limited.
I hope to have the pleasure of revisiting this paradise and would highly recommend this property to anyone!!"

"We stayed two weeks in april 2015 with my girlfriends and it was amazing. The appartment is right on the beach, which is not crowdy at all by the way : it's all yours ! At a certain point it seems like the kitchen windows was a canva ! Very nice sunrise and sunset.
The location is great : near from Grand-Case (5min of a nice walk on the beach ), with parking. Shuttle for Grand-case available. Lots of store in Grand-Case : pharmacy, post, grocery... and restaurants and bars !
There is lots of other beach or sea activities/water sport activities (scuba, kite, jetski...Etc) arround too. A tip : there is a nice snorkeling spot right in front of the appartement (there was palms-tubas-mask in the room).
Good bathroom and large living room. Very nice kitchen with everything u need or might need (microwave, toaster, blender, dishes...Etc). It was full of stuff like salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. so we didn't have to buy it.
I hope we'll manage to come back there soon !"
