"This was our second stay at Villa Jade! Two couples each with a full master bedroom and bath. Used the kayaks 3 times to visit Pinel, used the kitchen to prepare two great dinners, and used the pool daily for a relaxing cool down. Villa's air conditioning provided a nice change from outside and each bedroom is individually controlled for your preference. Julie(the owner) was awesome while making reservations and was very accommodating to changes we had to make. Banana Location car rental contacted Philippe(our contact during our stay) when we arrived and made sure we made it to the villa safely. We loved every second of our stay here. Restaurants, shopping, activities are all a short drive away. You are never at a loss for things to do and if your are...just ask someone and they will point you in the right direction. Just one note for some...there was a lot of seaweed in front of the villa that sometimes resulted in a seaweed smell. Nothing you can control and something that never bothered us. Sad to leave, but there is always hope of a third return!!!"

"Three of us stayed in this beautiful two bedroom condo for two weeks! Itis very centrally located in the quaint Creole town of Grand Case, right on
the beach! The highlight of the building is the balcony overlooking the
beach which runs the width of the three story building. The second and
third floor units (we were on the second floor) are completely furnished
with table for six, and large lounge area. You can sit out there all day
out of the sun if you like, and around 4:00 when the sun starts to come
around and it gets hot, you can move out to the balcony on the street side
where there is always a lovely breeze and shade at that time of the day, and
its a great spot for people watching! The bedrooms are on the street side
of the building. One has 2 twin beds and an adjoining shower/sink, while
the other has a king bed with ensuite shower/sink, and they are air
conditioned with very quiet units. There is only one toilet located
between the two bedrooms. The kitchen/sitting room are in between the
balcony and bedrooms and face the ocean with sliding glass doors the entire
width. There is no a/c in this area however if you open the back french
doors you get a nice cross breeze. The kitchen is very well equipped but
small. The lower floor is split between and office on the beach side one
one side and second bathroom, with a shower on the balcony for washing the
sand off. There is also a shared laundry room located in the back. There is
a small wooden deck off the front with stairs down to the beach. Beach
chairs and towels are provided as well as all other linens. There is also a
charcoal Weber grille for your use on the deck. The beach is very quiet, at
times we were the only people there. The sand is fine and white and the
water perfect for swimming because this area of the bay is protected so
there are no big waves. The view if the entire bay is fantastic. There is
one parking spot per unit off street which is great because the street is
one lane, one way and parking is hard to come by, especially in the evenings
when the shops and fabulous French restaurants open and the tourists from
all over the island flood in.
The building is very clean and well maintained. It is secured from the
street and beach sides with locking iron gates and has a security system, as
well as metal roll down shutters across the beach balconies. There is
satellite TV however there are only French channels. The wifi reception is
pretty good but can be a bit"

Are you asking yourself – Is This Place For REAL?????
"We had a fabulous stay at the Queen Penthouse for 18 days during our vacation in June & July, 2015. Alan the property manager was a pleasure to work with, he answered every question I had, both before and during our stay.
To say that this penthouse is huge is somewhat of an understatement, plenty of room for everyone to sprawl out and relax wherever they preferred.
The first floor has a huge living area, half bath, dining area, utility room with both washer and dryer, and a kitchen with everything required to prepare meals. There are also two bedrooms (we did not rent them or have any access to them) on this floor.
We did have use of the 3 bedrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet that you pass through in order to get to the master bath. The master bath consists of a toilet, bidet, two vanities, whirlpool and shower. The other two bedrooms shared a bath with a toilet, large sink with 2 faucets and walk in shower. There was also a smaller living area with a TV. Again, plenty of space everywhere.
Both floors have balconies that are above Cupecoy beach with fabulous views and plenty of outdoor furniture. The second floor also has a balcony on the lagoon side that can be accessed from the master bath and one of the second bedrooms.
We found the location to be perfect, situated on the Dutch side, we were able to get anywhere on the island under 35 minutes. A two minute drive will get you to Maho Village where there are some wonderful restaurants and shopping. Heading the other way is a small nice grocery store and also the French side of the island – again, both about 2 minutes away.
Please be aware that apparently during this time of the year (summer) – the sand at Cupecoy beach may or may not be there. For the first week, there was not much sand and then some appeared, almost overnight. This really was not a big deal for us as Maho Beach is just a short walk from The Cliffs and one of our other favorite beaches - Baie Rouge was a 5 minute drive away.
I highly recommend that if you are going to St. Martin and this penthouse is within your budget – you should consider staying at the Queen Penthouse. If we return to the island, it will be our first choice of accommodations."

"Let me start by saying I am extremely picky. I have rented from VRBO at least twice before and the pictures were always much better than the actual place. That was definitely not the case with the Lighthouse Condo. When my family and I walked in the door we were all very impressed. The views from every room are spectacular. I think it was my 21 year old son that said, "Mom, you did good!" Everything about the place was great from the furnishings, to the mattresses and bed linens, the kitchen furnishings, etc. The condo was also extremely clean. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool as well as the Oyster Bay Resort pool. I could go on and on. In addition, dealing with the owner was nothing but a pleasure. She was about as prompt as anyone could be anytime I e-mailed her. My family and I had a fabulous vacation at the Lighthouse Condo."
