  • Honeymoon Paradise!

"We stayed at this location for 14 days and it was 14 days of bliss! Our accommodation was superb! Titi was a great host and full of life. She was always checking in on us and we even had dinner with her on the beach for New Year's Eve. We traveled the whole island and are convinced this is one of the best and affordable locations available. We are already planning a return trip."

  • Excellent accommodation!

"My husband and I just returned from a delightful 2-week stay in this condo. The photos are very accurate and we found everything clean. The equipment is plentiful as described. We were particularly grateful to the owner for his flexibility on dates, including a last minute change due to a snow storm. The view from the balcony is wonderful and 3 mornings we had a magnificent rainbow. We love the location as it is easy to walk into Marigot or to the Marina Royale for dinner. We highly recommend this condo and we look forward to staying in it again next winter."

  • Very nice, stunning view of the beach, marina and Marigot harbor.

"We stayed in Chris's condo for 2 weeks in February. He was easy to communicate with and replyed promptly via e-mail with answers to all questions we had. Titi, the caretaker who lives in the buding, was very pleasant and was always available during our stay. We had no issues with payment or deposit. Everything was as agreed. Condo itself is very specious, with two big areas, one living room and kitchen with balcony with absolutely stunning view of the beach, marina and Marigot; and bedroom with balcony facing pool and a road. We never went on that second balcony or used the pool. Bed was ok, not a luxury resort quality but comfortable enought. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and anything you might need for cooking. There are no granit countertops or stainless still appliances, but everything is functional and in good condition. Shower room (spacious and has a lot of shelfs) is separate from toilet. The grocery store is within 5 min walk as well as a couple of bakeries (different direction). Marigot downtown and Royal Marina with a lot of options for dinning and shopping are 10-15 min walk from condo. Beach is small (just for this apartment and nearby hotel) and though there are some narrow areas of sandy entree to ocean, there are a lot of rocks and corrals. There are a lot of gorgeous beaches within 20-30 min drive from the condo. Our two favorites: Grand case bay and Long bay. Both on French side and an easy drive. Wi-fi worked great. Overall we had great time and were happy with our logging choice. Some small issues you might want to clerify if they are important to you: we thought that this site said that sofa in the living room sleeps 2, but it seems to be for one (we didn't need it for sleeping, but clerify if you are counting on this sleeping space). There are multiple cable channels in French and none in English. If it's important to you, maybe ask Chris in advance to connect some channels in English if he can."

  • Repeat Customer!

"We've stayed in this condo and also a second one owned by this same couple. In fact, the first review on this page is mine as well. The owners are excellent to deal with and answer questions promptly. I agree wholeheartedly with all the other great reviews by the satisfied vacationers on this page! Thanks again to the owners for another great year."

Marigot Travel Tips

Marigot Vacation Rentals Place You Where French Meets the Caribbean

Marigot is the capital of the island of St. Martin, an island which is both French and Dutch. Marigot sits on the French side, a small town with just four streets and quaint colonial architecture. Indulge in laid back meals or coffee at the sidewalk bistros or stroll the harbor front with fresh pastries from a local bakery. The opulent little shops will make you feel like you're in Paris, but the sparkling blue ocean and tropical breezes are all about the island groove. As an added bonus: shopping is tax free! Soak up the French Caribbean relaxation and extravagance from Marigot vacation rentals or, for even more luxury, consider Marigot villas.

Browse Produce and More Like a Local at Marigot's Market

On Wednesdays and Saturdays near Fort Saint Louis, an open air market draws crowds of people interested in purchasing locally grown and crafted items. There's a hustle and bustle as tourists and islanders browse tropical produce and fruit from home gardens, spices, fish, artisan wares like fabrics, paintings, and more. Try the food as you wander, and enjoy the breeze from the harbor at this popular local institution.

St Maarten Resorts Are Full of Fun

The ocean is at your doorstep in St Maarten, so take advantage of the turquoise waves from your Marigot vacation rental. Swim and sunbathe at Orient Beach, Marigot's most popular beach with sports and bars, as well as a nudist section. Prune Beach is where the surfers catch their waves, and Rouge beach is often touted as the island's most beautiful stretch of sand with great snorkeling. You can also visit a neighboring island like Anguilla or Prickly Pear for a day excursion across blue seas and onto new white sands. Other boating trips are available too: dinner and/or sunset cruises, pirate adventures, and fishing.
