  • Great Owner, Awsome service

"The Property was exactly as described, immaculate and very well kept. Owner and his on site representative were nothing short of execellent. The property was very spacious ( we had a party of 10), There is an awsome pool and outdoor living space. The property was very convenient to beach, restraunts and Oyster Bay with its casino, harbor, and numerous activities. A very pleasurable experience. Richard"

  • Incredibly Wonderful

"This condo lacks nothing! So comfortable from the instant you walk through the door to falling asleep. It is larger than the pictures suggest with incredible views just as stated. Sipping morning coffee or cocktails on either of the balconies will be a favorite for sure. All 3 have very comfy seating! Each bedroom offers very nice beds/bedding with plenty of closet space. The en suite baths are luxurious - with soaking tubs, double sinks, huge showers with double shower heads, plenty of towels, multiple blow dryers and even a curling iron! The gourmet kitchen is well stocked for prepping any meal. My husband was delighted to prepare several meals and was not disappointed. We did eat out as well and found the food fresh, tasteful and reasonably priced. The staff at Oyster are to be commended for their professionalism and friendliness. All are extremely helpful - just ask! We had a great family vacation..want to come back and would hands down stay here again! The owners have this rental unit well thought out, equipped and you'll hate to leave just as we did!"

  • We had an amazing week at the Arches!

"You have found the Arches, so you can stop looking for a place to stay. We stayed a week at the Arches in April 2014. We had 3 couples and we had an amazing time. We are already planning on going back next year and staying at the Arches again. The house is perfect, spacious, amazing views, every amenity you may want (except for a hot tub). Sitting in the pool in the afternoon with a drink, watching the waves crash was perfect. We did all the "usual" things, going to Mr. Busby's for the $1 beers at happy hour (good food, although maybe overpriced at night), driving around the island to Marigot, Grand Case for dinner, Philipsburg, and of course, hanging out at the Sunset Bar by the airport. The location of the Arches provides easy access to everywhere, although it does take a little while to get used to driving on the island (but that's typical of all Caribbean island). The drive up the hills to the Arches can be a little challenging the first time, but once you're used to it, it's easy. Bernard and Eudora are great and very accommodating, and the owners make the whole process very easy. The kitchen is stocked with virtually everything you need, including various pantry items and liquors (everyone leaves behind what they didn't consume, so there are plenty of condiments, spices, etc.). It is an uphill walk from the beach, which may be challenging for some, and you will need mosquito repellent (again, standard in the Caribbean). It is a perfect location, and amazing house, and we will absolutely be going back to the Arches."

  • Vacation planner

"This condo is absolutely breath taking by itself, to the million dollar views. Our family felt like the rich and famous here for a week. The work out room has all state of the art equipment, once your done your workout, walk right up to the roof top pool to cool down. The view from there is unbelievable. We can't wait to go back."

Marigot Travel Tips

Marigot Vacation Rentals Place You Where French Meets the Caribbean

Marigot is the capital of the island of St. Martin, an island which is both French and Dutch. Marigot sits on the French side, a small town with just four streets and quaint colonial architecture. Indulge in laid back meals or coffee at the sidewalk bistros or stroll the harbor front with fresh pastries from a local bakery. The opulent little shops will make you feel like you're in Paris, but the sparkling blue ocean and tropical breezes are all about the island groove. As an added bonus: shopping is tax free! Soak up the French Caribbean relaxation and extravagance from Marigot vacation rentals or, for even more luxury, consider Marigot villas.

Browse Produce and More Like a Local at Marigot's Market

On Wednesdays and Saturdays near Fort Saint Louis, an open air market draws crowds of people interested in purchasing locally grown and crafted items. There's a hustle and bustle as tourists and islanders browse tropical produce and fruit from home gardens, spices, fish, artisan wares like fabrics, paintings, and more. Try the food as you wander, and enjoy the breeze from the harbor at this popular local institution.

St Maarten Resorts Are Full of Fun

The ocean is at your doorstep in St Maarten, so take advantage of the turquoise waves from your Marigot vacation rental. Swim and sunbathe at Orient Beach, Marigot's most popular beach with sports and bars, as well as a nudist section. Prune Beach is where the surfers catch their waves, and Rouge beach is often touted as the island's most beautiful stretch of sand with great snorkeling. You can also visit a neighboring island like Anguilla or Prickly Pear for a day excursion across blue seas and onto new white sands. Other boating trips are available too: dinner and/or sunset cruises, pirate adventures, and fishing.
