Fantastic Views from a very nice villa
"My wife and I spent 3 nights here and could not have been happier. We were on the 2nd floor (top floor), nobody was below us, Grand Case Bay was in front of one balcony, and the wonderful mountains faced the rear balcony. The beautiful water is just a few yards and stairs away. Grand Case with its many restaurants is about a 5 to 10 minute walk, so a car is not needed (which is a real advantage if you have had a drink or two or three). The gate to the property makes it super safe, and a remote was provided so that we could come and go whenever we wanted without bothering anybody. The property is easy to find, as long as you remember that it is very close to the Grand Case Beach Club!
Our Villa had a stove, microwave, nice sized fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and all the dishes plus utensils/pots/pans that a couple could ever want. The place was spotless, as was the bathroom. The shower was a pleasure, and the toilet flushed well----which is not always the case in other places. The tv had many channels and programs came in well. Esther was a delight and very easy to talk to. We did not spend much time with her because we were so busy touring the island. But, we definitely enjoyed the little time we had with her.
We had a super time in St Martin and in our Villa. We would highly recommend it to our family and friends!"

"From the moment we walked in to the unit and saw the beautiful views and the veranda we knew we were going to have a special vacation. The accommodations are perfect, very clean with lots of room to relax and unpack; we felt "at home". It was convenient to have a full kitchen, we like to have a light breakfast and venture out for the day exploring new beaches and places to eat! One of our "special beach" was Dreams, it is very chic and cosmopolitan; the sushi was some of the best we ever had. The chairs and umbrella were free if you bought lunch. As you suggested we rented a car, great advise we went everywhere!! The staff is outstanding, anxious to help with anything you need and always courteous and polite; they even helped book a snorkel trip. Lastly we were sad leaving because we were not done having fun. We will tell everyone what a great place it is to vacation!"

"Great location. We walked to Simpson Bay beach, Maho Bay beach, & Mullet Bay beach from the condo! Dollar bus is awesome and they stop wherever you want to get off. Tons of great places to eat nearby. The pool and property was awesome. Jackie was great and very helpful! The only down side to the condo was that it had ants. We had to keep every food item in the fridge. They were just little ants so not a huge deal to us. Awesome holiday!!"

"My husband and I recently returned home after our 2nd stay at Villa Maison Princesse. Once again, the fridge was stocked with essentials that were very helpful. The property is still very beautiful and well-maintained. Joelle was out of town, so we did not get to see her this time, and actually did not see anyone from the family - only Denise on one occasion. We enjoy the privacy the villa affords, and hope that we are able to return again in the future. Just a few comments for areas of improvement. We had asked in advance for a blender (we Americans love to make our frozen drinks!). It was not there when we arrived, but they did provide a food processor mid-week. It was a little difficult to use for this purpose, but we were able to make do. The listing does state that the property has a grill and a washer/dryer. Andi had advised in advance that regarding the washer/dryer, you could ask Denise to do the laundry for you and tip her for the service. That is fine, but then I don't think this should be included in the listing. Same with the grill - there was none. We purchased fresh fish at the market, and then had no grill on which to cook it. They did eventually provide one mid-week, but no charcoal, matches, etc., so at that point, we had to go purchase those items. Basically - if your listing says you have it, you should have access to be able to use it. The other comment is that the villa, with the exception of the bedroom is not air conditioned, and can get very hot, as their are no windows to provide for cross-ventilation. It is a problem when you are cooking in the kitchen, but nothing we couldn't get past. Look forward to your next stay at this beautiful property!"
