  • Perfect Location

"This nice little 2nd floor condo was perfect for our stay. Though there was no elevator and we had to carry bags up the stairs it was manageable. It was conveniently close to the beach (very short walk) was near many restaurants and cafes, and was clean. The manager was very helpful and the wifi was a very appreciated plus. While the kitchen was equipped a bit sparsely (few knives or glasses and no real spices) we could make any meal we wanted easily and nicely. For us the only possible negative was the inability to access any English speaking television such as CNN or others. Overall We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again."

  • Great place to stay

"We had a great vacation on St. Martin thanks to Armaury and Thibault! The view was super and Orient Bay was just few steps away. The kitchen had everything we needed and for times when we didn't want to cook Grand Case was just a few miles away and has a great selections of restaurants. One of them "Bistrot Caraïbes" belongs to Armaury and Thibault and was great too."

  • Excellent!

"My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights in November and it was great. We opted for this size unit over a studio to give us some extra room but what really made this ideal was the location of the unit, the reserved parking spot and how well equipped the unit is. As others have commented, the kitchen is well stocked and included little things zip lock bags, aluminum foil, spices, etc.. We drove to several other beaches during our stay and the beach chairs and umbrella were excellent - portable but substantial (not your Walmart one time use items) and several coolers from which to choose. There are 2 remote controlled A/C units that are whisper quiet (not sure why hotels don't use these?) and the electric storm shutters not only keep the morning light out but made us feel secure at night. Marie-France was easy to deal with and very responsive. She met us at the unit, gave us the quick tour, left us a local cell phone to use and made sure we felt "at home". I highly recommend this unit! We have rented from VRBO many times and this one is the best so far. We don't usually re-visit the same place but might have to make an exception for this one!"

  • Worked out great for us.

"This condo was in the perfect location for us on Orient Bay. The other end was busy, congested and vendors....our end was quiet and no crowds. Yes, there was seaweed but you could find areas of the water without it. Pool was wonderful and refreshing after playing in the ocean. Had to get the cushions for the chairs by around 10:00am or you were out of luck. As far as Annie's condo, we enjoyed staying there. It was neat and clean and Annie was wonderful. It didn't have an ocean view but the balcony also didn't have the hot sun for breakfast and lunch either! It wasn't updated but the usual caribbean wicker was fine. It had almost everything we needed (even a flashlight for walking on the beach at night, thanks)....we did have to purchase extra TP and paper towels. You really need a car for getting around. Would recommend this rental unit. Loved the closeby Village Pizza place in Cul De Sac....pizza and other food. Pinel island is a must do. Grand Case has lots of restaurants and shopping in a very cute village on the water."
