Private Getaway Over Oyster Pond
"This trip greatly exceeded our highest expectations! It started with working with Katie and Sam. Both ladies are very professional and Sam was more than willing to make several changes and found one of her properties that best suited our needs on St. Martin. La Brise was by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. WIth our size group it was either going to be to rent 3 bedrooms at a hotel or find a home rental. This property was secluded, had a private gate, elegantly decorated, and had everything we needed to makes the best possible stay! The location we great for everything we ended up doing on this trip. Rhonda (onsite concierge) was very helpful from the start and gave all the privacy we needed. This is one many bonuses that this rental has to offer!"

"We were fortunate to stay a third time at this wonerful and beautiful place. Very comfortable apartment with daily sight seeing view. Anyone who considers to visit St. Martin this is the place to stay and do not doubt you will enjoy it every moment!"

"Wow,such an amazing vacation!! My family of three stayed at Katherine's beautiful home for about 2 weeks in July. I feel inclined to point out what might set apart this home from others: It's the screen doors!! I'm so happy we chose a home that didn't have an "indoor/outdoor living space"...without screen doors separating the spaces. Why? Because of mosquitoes. Anywhere you stay in St Martin will have these pests, so bring repellent, and I honestly do not recommend any house without screen doors!
Getting back to the house, it was perfect for us. My 8 year old grew quite attached to the kitty's, and actually cried when we left. They ignored us at first, but we eventually were able to charm them to enough to snuggle with them...well, at least a couple of 'em. :)
I loved how open this home is. I loved having our small family together in a huge, open space! We especially enjoyed the pool, and loved looking over the edge, into the views! The afternoon sun warms the pool so it feels like bath water. Also, it made a nice difference having an infinity pool, because it has a bit of a "deep end", so we were able to do somersaults in the water, and play easier.
The cool mountain breezes felt amazing, especially while sleeping at night, or enjoying the sunsets in the evenings.
Overall, I absolutely would recommend this home to anyone. No negatives whatsoever.
Thank you, Katherine!!"

"Having stayed @ Les Balcons many times, this unit was so well appointed for a gourmet meal or just a baguette and jam on their lovely deck. The deck had the best views of any and we had daily yellow birds called bananakiets who took a bird bath in front of us every morning. We rarely left the apartment for breakfast as we had fresh baguettes delivered every morning and those, along with the boats from the Marina below us and the birds, gave us plenty of time to do what we came there for..RELAX!!!
Is is near many French restaurants and small boutique grocery stores down the hill with Oyster Pond in view on the Dutch side of the island.
We always enjoy conversations with Carin and David and love the proximity of Orient Beach when we are there.
I would recommend Les Balcons Unit 18 for privacy, beautiful views, lovely furnishings and the ease for Americans of a 110 line so we could use our appliances and plug in our cell phones and free wifi.
Enjoyed this holiday tremendously."
