Savana at Porto Cupecoy
"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Savana. The condo was true to the pictures online and well maintained. We would recommend this condo to anyone and will be staying there on our next visit to St. Maarten."

"This trip greatly exceeded our highest expectations! It started with working with Katie and Sam. Both ladies are very professional and Sam was more than willing to make several changes and found one of her properties that best suited our needs on St. Martin. La Brise was by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. WIth our size group it was either going to be to rent 3 bedrooms at a hotel or find a home rental. This property was secluded, had a private gate, elegantly decorated, and had everything we needed to makes the best possible stay! The location we great for everything we ended up doing on this trip. Rhonda (onsite concierge) was very helpful from the start and gave all the privacy we needed. This is one many bonuses that this rental has to offer!"

"This is a really great place to stay in St. Maarten. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat breakfast and any other meal we chose to eat "at home." The views of St. Barths are really beautiful, and the pool in the complex is a lovely place to end your afternoon after a day of relaxing on the beach or enjoying the sights and activities of St. Maarten. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms really nice and spacious, with excellent showers. The couches and chairs in the living room were also comfortable and the WiFi and TV were excellent amenities.
Prior to the trip, Eugene was so helpful and answered questions as I thought of them, such as restaurant ideas, suggestions of things to do and even helping me plan a route for a morning run each day (in a word, hills -- great area to run!)
Parking was right nearby, the grounds were constantly maintained and yet not in a disruptive way. In short, this is a great place to stay -- you really couldn't ask for a better location on the island, view from the condo, or overall accommodation. We even did our laundry mid-way through the trip, which was so nice because it allowed us to pack more lightly for our vacation.
If you're looking for great places to go, ask Eugene and he will give you some great ideas. The highlight for us was probably a sail/snorkel/lunch trip to Anguilla, but everything we did was wonderful, fun and memorable."

"Let me start by saying I am extremely picky. I have rented from VRBO at least twice before and the pictures were always much better than the actual place. That was definitely not the case with the Lighthouse Condo. When my family and I walked in the door we were all very impressed. The views from every room are spectacular. I think it was my 21 year old son that said, "Mom, you did good!" Everything about the place was great from the furnishings, to the mattresses and bed linens, the kitchen furnishings, etc. The condo was also extremely clean. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool as well as the Oyster Bay Resort pool. I could go on and on. In addition, dealing with the owner was nothing but a pleasure. She was about as prompt as anyone could be anytime I e-mailed her. My family and I had a fabulous vacation at the Lighthouse Condo."
