"This property is every thing the owner describes and so much more.
Positives; property is immaculate, overly stocked with towels, linens and toiletries. The kitchen is well stocked with every thing u need to have a gourmet meal at home. The bed rooms are graciously appointed.
The unexpected positive; The view is simply amazing. Watching the sun rise over the mountains or watching the mega yachts and sail boats come around the point. Simply Priceless. The gated complex is close to everything. The on site supermarket has everything. Not to mention the restraunts are mear steps from the pool.
I have been coming to the island for the winter months for several years. We typically stay at the Westin Dawn Beach. That ended with our stay at this gracious property. By the way the owner and onsite people were a pleasure to deal with.

"My husband and I stayed here for a 11 nights and had the best time ever! We're both in our mid 30's and found the location perfect for partying and relaxing. It's walking distance to the beach and watching the planes fly in was great! We kept an eye out for our friends plane and when we saw them land, we had enough time to walk to our car drive to the airport and pick them up!
Additionally the captain and property manager were super on point and attentive. We definitely plan on staying here again!"

"We went to Saint Maarten and stayed at this condo for two weeks and everything was perfect. This condo is extremely large and plenty of spaces for a family of four. There are actually two patios, a smaller one in the front overlooking the airport and Simpson Bay and a much larger one in the back overlooking Simpson Bay, Mullet Bay, and Port Cupecoy. The beds are very confortable but they get a little hot because they are covered with plastic underneath the sheets. We bought steaks from Grand Marche and live lobters from the community center in Simpson Bay and grilled in the back patio using the large grill for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked with various herbs and spices, and everything else to cook meals. Just like others who have stayed at this condo, we left behind coffees, spices, and suntan lotions for the next guests. Because of the slow season, the pool was mostly empty when we were using it. The location of the condo was perfect because it was easy to get to Simpson Bay, Philipsburg, Marigot, Grand Case, Oyster Pond, and Orient Bay. Highly recommended."

"This was by far our best rental on the island . It was better than description provided.it was great just opening up the sliding glass doors and allowing the breeze flow through while enjoying the passing of sail boats and Cruise-ships while enjoying a glass of wine while relaxing at the pool.the villa offered everything you might need as if you where at home.the only con that my wife an I had was at around 7am you knew the sun was out. Due too the master bedroom need a second set of dark shades over the windows over the king size bed. So during grocery shopping I picked up a few empty soda boxes and made sum cut-outs for those windows and it helped out greatly! But other than that it was perfect!and Gordon was very helpful explaining everything during check-in.rent a car to travel the island."
