Perfect location in Orient
"Villa Comtesse is the perfect location to enjoy all that the Orient Village, as well as the French side of St. Martin, has to offer. It's a quick trip from Cul de Sac, where you can catch the ferry to spend a day on Pinel Island. If you prefer to stay put, you can walk to Orient Beach and the many restaurants located there, as well as those in Orient Village. The back yard grill made dinners on the patio a snap, and the shared pool is perfect for a post-beach swim and is a nice way to meet the neighbors. Both the owners and the property manager were very responsive before, during, and after our stay. When we mistakenly left something behind, they made it easy for us to retrieve it. We would certainly consider staying here again."

"The place was really great - just as advertised, really well laid out and thoughfully equipped. Dora and Phillipe are great to deal with.
For getting around the Island - figure out the Minibus - Taxis are VERY expensive. Hilda's Windsor Castle in Simpson Bay is the Bomb! and Elvis at Sky's the Limit in Grand Case - big thumbs up for local, or "LoLo" food. Take cash if you're exploring the island - not all machines work. The French side is more Lonely Planet style traveler - bit more earthy. Check out SO French near the apartment. It lives up to the name. Some of the best Foie Gras I've had on 3 continents.
The walk up the hill? Sure, it can be a bit of a thing if you're sunstroked and tired at the end of the day. But truly, it wasn't that bad. If it weren't for that hill, I'd have gotten fat with all the good French food I ate.
For god's sake remember to wear sunscreen and a hat, and like anyone who's read Hitchiker's Guide to the Universe knows, know where your towel is. They cost 4 Euros on Orient beach. I know where mine is: I left it on Dora and Phillipe's railing :D"

"Great location. We walked to Simpson Bay beach, Maho Bay beach, & Mullet Bay beach from the condo! Dollar bus is awesome and they stop wherever you want to get off. Tons of great places to eat nearby. The pool and property was awesome. Jackie was great and very helpful! The only down side to the condo was that it had ants. We had to keep every food item in the fridge. They were just little ants so not a huge deal to us. Awesome holiday!!"

"My name LUIS CABALLERO, I live in miami
Mlle Fleurs was more than we'd hoped, we enjoy everything in there, pool fantastic, privacy, secure, made you feel as if you were staying in a PARADISE, nice ocean view. You forget cell phones, noise, you can feel the birds singing all the time. The best view of the sunrise with your cup of coffee and evening with a refreshing drink at the pool
The pictures of the home and website were awesome but nothing was like seeing it in person (amazing).
we not need it hang out at the house, because the house was so relaxing.
Jack & Byron great persons, they are helpful tour of the house and ST martin island.
We can't wait to have the opportunity to go back this amazing paradise
You won't be disappointed."
