"Made an error in my prior review by clicking on the wrong boxes. Loved this location listening to the location. I meant to hit 5 not 1 on the review."

  • LOVED IT!

"I will start off by saying I really enjoyed the location of this Unit. I felt like I was at home! Brian was extremely helpful, and all the little additions to his unit truly made it a memorable experience. Just having laundry detergent, beach chairs, boggie boards and a cooler just to name a few; made things even more exciting! The temperature in the unit was perfect, the DVD's that were for guests use made all the difference in the world! Especially since we were stuck in our unit for nearly 2 days because of a storm! Thank God for those movies! Satellite was down...and roads were flooded so like i said it's the little things that made the biggest difference. I was happy i was stuck in this condo! lol. Anyway, the location was great, very close drive to Mullet (my fav beach), and easy access to the French side etc. We felt extremely safe and I will continue to recommend this condo to others! On a side note, these condo's don't have a front desk etc. so the grounds are not always maintained everyday. But if you have an open mind that won't bother you. The person i traveled with was a little annoyed that the dog feces around the pool area hadn't been cleaned up right away...was cleaned a few day after. But again that didn't bother me! lol Just walk around! Thanks for everything Brian!"

"Our stay at the villa was good. Perfect location, gated community, grocery store 5 min away, restaurants 10 min away. Villa was very nice, modern design, pool was clean. The beach by the villa oh ok, small, a lot of sea widths, but kayaking was fun. You can kayk to pine island, or you can walk to the boat that takes you there for $10 ( the boat driver was very nasty, good luck to you) the guy at pine island who give you for $20 2 chairs and umbrella was not nice too by karibuny restaurant, stay away from that restaurant. Problem: nobody meet us at airport ( I know out flight was late, but this was not our fault), so we whent to get car rental, where at the office one of the employee let me use his phone to call Philippe, who supposed to meet us at airport, luckily hi pick up the phone and told my to meet him in col de sack by the pharmacy. I had no idea where the pharmacy is, yes I did know where col de sack is, so luckily we did found the pharmacy and Philippe was there waiting for us:(. I think this is not the right way Jerome welcoming people to your villa. This is not cool ok. Good luck to you, may be you will have better experience than us at St Martin"

  • Fabulous Villa

"We recently spent a week in this beautiful villa, a special vacation for our whole family; daughter, her husband and my son and his fiancée. My son actually proposed to his girlfriend on Prickly Pear island. Right from the start Todd was prompt to answer all our questions and there were many, having never rented by owner before. He was most helpful with details such as renting a car, discounts on a catamaran trip to Prickly Pear Cay, etc. It was wonderful to have John, the manage meet us at the car rental place and then take us to food shop and give us the tour of the villa. He is such a delightful fellow and even went back to the airport in the evening with my husband to pick up my daughter and her husband. Jesula the housekeeper was great and kept the villa spotless, even did a load of laundry for us. We had her come every other day. The gardener even opened a couple of cocoanuts for us that had fallen off the trees. The grounds are lovely and the view of oyster pond and the surrounding hills is so calming. We especially enjoyed the pool, just soaking up the sun before and after the beaches.. Can't tell you how wonderful it is in the morning to have coffee on the veranda with the sun and breeze. We just loved the openness of the villa with the French doors, like living outside. Loved the closeness of Oyster Pond with the Dinghy Dock, great food and drinks, not to mention the good meal we had at Capt. Oliver's with the sand and surf in front of us. I must mention I felt much relief having a safe and a security system as we did have an engagement ring with us! I know I have written quite a bit but I did read the reviews which helped tremendously with our choice of Todd's villa. You can not go wrong, we had a fabulous vacation here! Hope to return one day! Thank you"

St Maarten Travel Tips

St. Maarten Resorts Present a Personal Holiday

Do you want a personal stay, where it feels like the owners have set everything up just for you? If you want a kitchen for home-cooked meals, a centrally located home, and the sunrise outside your bedroom window then St. Maarten lodging is precisely what you need. Act now as every year, more and more people find the little gem that holds St. Maarten resorts. You will have your pick of St. Maarten rentals along the coastline on Antilles.

The Antilles and St. Maarten Lodging

Antilles is a large island in the Caribbean waiting to greet you with perfect St. Maarten rentals. The island is owned by the French and the Dutch which peacefully share the land. St. Maarten is the Dutch side of Antilles, which is also the smaller portion of the landmass. The French spelling of St. Maarten is St. Martin, which helps you locate the proper St. Maarten lodging when you plan your vacation. The climate at St. Maarten resorts is a sunny and balmy 80 degrees Fahrenheit virtually year-round, so you can visit at any time of year.

St. Maarten Rentals near Ruby Bute’s Studio

A true delight for many vacationers to St. Maarten rentals is visiting Ruby Bute, one of the most famous island artists. She creates botanical landscapes and images of island life through her paintings and poetry. Her studio and gallery are open in Marigot, north of downtown near Friar’s Bay. You might want to call first to make sure she is welcoming visitors for the day you plan the trip, and bring local currency to come home with one of her reasonably priced prints.

Island Gambling at St. Maarten Resorts

St. Maarten lodging is conveniently located near the island’s 12 casinos. All of these casinos are located on the Dutch side and with gaming in the European mode. Spend your late nights inside the St. Maarten resorts' casinos, and your days along the various beaches.
