  • Amazing Property!

"We loved every minute of staying at this amazing condo at Porto Cupecoy. Juliette was very helpful in communication before and during our stay. The condo is huge! There was a lot of indoor and outdoor space to spread out. We loved having a couple of restaurants very close and a market to buy groceries, all within walking distance. Top notch and would love to go back sometime!"

  • Great week of memories in a majestic location

"We were two families fleeing from a cold, long winter in the states and were fortunate to find this beautiful home. Villa Oyster Pearl easily accommodated our crew consisting of 4 adults and 5 teenagers. This is a terrific location a short hike downhill to Dawn Beach and just a few hundred yards from the French side of the island. Sweeping views of the Atlantic with St. Barts on the horizon. The home was well appointed, tastefully decorated, comfortable bedrooms, and had all of the amenities that we needed - from cooking Utensils, very capable internet, water equipment, and the list goes on. The Villa had everything you would have in your home. The location was a great launching point to explore the island - I highly suggest getting a car and going to the various towns and wonderful beaches throughout the island. Caution: driving is not for the faint of heart but you will quickly get used to it. A high speed ferry to St. Barts is right down the street, along with a good array of restaurants and small French convenience stores. Some things we really enjoyed: spending a day in St. Bart which is a stunning island also, try beaches on the West side of St. Maraan if it is windy on the east side, get a car and explore, have dinner in Grand Case where they have some excellent dining, and break the week up by going to Lotterie Farm which is inland park (splurge and get a Cabana). David and his team also get five stars as very accommodating hosts. They maintained our privacy\space but were quick to help if we had any questions or needed any advice. We were very appreciated of David responding to our many, many questions so thoroughly and quickly in preparation for our trip. Cheers!"

  • Our Dream vacation!

"From the moment we walked in to the unit and saw the beautiful views and the veranda we knew we were going to have a special vacation. The accommodations are perfect, very clean with lots of room to relax and unpack; we felt "at home". It was convenient to have a full kitchen, we like to have a light breakfast and venture out for the day exploring new beaches and places to eat! One of our "special beach" was Dreams, it is very chic and cosmopolitan; the sushi was some of the best we ever had. The chairs and umbrella were free if you bought lunch. As you suggested we rented a car, great advise we went everywhere!! The staff is outstanding, anxious to help with anything you need and always courteous and polite; they even helped book a snorkel trip. Lastly we were sad leaving because we were not done having fun. We will tell everyone what a great place it is to vacation!"

  • Perfect spot. Great Condo.

"Our family of 4, (Mom, Dad, 2 teenagers) stayed here for 2 weeks for our family vacation and we just couldn't have asked for a better setup. I'll start with a bit about the condo itself: The condo is perfect for a family like ours, with a master suite downstairs (privacy!), and 2 bedrooms upstairs, (1 large, one smaller) with a full bath on the 2nd floor. It also has a half bath off the living room for convenience. The balconies on both floors offer great views of the ocean, and our kids really enjoyed sitting outside and watching the yachts go by, and in the distance occasionally a cruise ship on its way to Phillipsburg. Pretty cool. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for a quick breakfast, as well as the kitchen tools you'd need to make a full-on meal, (which we did on a couple of nights). The condo has wi-fi, (which all of us really appreciated) as well as a DVD player, Bose dock and all the comforts of home. Everything was exceptionally clean and we really appreciated the little touches like abundant baskets of beach towels and brochures of local restaurants and activities. Now for the location: AMAZING!!! Simpson Bay Beach is a real gem. It seems to be primarily a locals beach, as it is quiet and mostly used by the folks that live or rent along it, this gives it a real relaxing and fun vibe... The beach is just a few steps from the condo, just past the beautiful pool and through the privacy gate. The sand is white, and the beach is about 2 miles long... perfect for a walk in the morning or as a perfect vantage point for taking in the incredible sunsets. (We did this most nights!) Just down the beach to the right is a fantastic beach bar/restaurant called Karakter, which you really shouldn't miss. We spent a LOT of time there, and our teens really liked strolling down there on their own to meet up with new friends and grab a bite. It was a fan favorite all around, they have a tapas and jazz night every friday which my wife and I really enjoyed. We had a wonderful time at this condo and hope to stay here again on our next trip to St. Maarten. It was everything we needed, and much more than we expected! Two thumbs up!"

St Maarten Travel Tips

St. Maarten Resorts Present a Personal Holiday

Do you want a personal stay, where it feels like the owners have set everything up just for you? If you want a kitchen for home-cooked meals, a centrally located home, and the sunrise outside your bedroom window then St. Maarten lodging is precisely what you need. Act now as every year, more and more people find the little gem that holds St. Maarten resorts. You will have your pick of St. Maarten rentals along the coastline on Antilles.

The Antilles and St. Maarten Lodging

Antilles is a large island in the Caribbean waiting to greet you with perfect St. Maarten rentals. The island is owned by the French and the Dutch which peacefully share the land. St. Maarten is the Dutch side of Antilles, which is also the smaller portion of the landmass. The French spelling of St. Maarten is St. Martin, which helps you locate the proper St. Maarten lodging when you plan your vacation. The climate at St. Maarten resorts is a sunny and balmy 80 degrees Fahrenheit virtually year-round, so you can visit at any time of year.

St. Maarten Rentals near Ruby Bute’s Studio

A true delight for many vacationers to St. Maarten rentals is visiting Ruby Bute, one of the most famous island artists. She creates botanical landscapes and images of island life through her paintings and poetry. Her studio and gallery are open in Marigot, north of downtown near Friar’s Bay. You might want to call first to make sure she is welcoming visitors for the day you plan the trip, and bring local currency to come home with one of her reasonably priced prints.

Island Gambling at St. Maarten Resorts

St. Maarten lodging is conveniently located near the island’s 12 casinos. All of these casinos are located on the Dutch side and with gaming in the European mode. Spend your late nights inside the St. Maarten resorts' casinos, and your days along the various beaches.
