  • Beautiful setting

"My family of six, children ages 18,16,14 and 11 stayed for a week. Great setting and we never got tired of the view. The house is spacious and the pool/deck is wonderful. The pictures are accurate. It is very comforting having a staff on site and Maureen was great. The house is on a hillside which provides the great view, so there is a bit of a steep walk to the beach. The beach at Oyster Pond is very small and we would highly recommend the beach at Orient Bay which is a short drive. Busby's is a great little beach bar with good breakfeasts. Would also highly recommend a yacht rental at SXM. Pricey, but worth it and Pinel Island is a great place for lunch. The location was great as it was also a short drive to Phillipsburg. The only minor downside of the house is that the family room was very warm even at night. It is not air-conditioned which is understandable given the shortages on the island. The ocean breezes never seemed to cool the room down which during the day didnt matter as we were never inside, but, at night it was still very warm. May have just been the week we were there. I would recommend some larger fans in that room. Suzanne was an absolute joy to work with"

  • WONDERFIL VACATION

"We were really excited to spending 10 days in St. Martin. We were lucky to find this perfect condo. It accommodates 2 adults perfectly. The view from the living area and terrace takes your breath away. The beach is right at your door. Lounge chairs, umbrellas are provided as are noodles to enjoy the warm, amazing blue water. The restaurant next door "Rainbow Cafe" is wonderful for an afternoon drink You can use their lounge chair just for the price of a drink. We particularly enjoyed Bsigtro Caraibes. We had 2 delicious dinners there. The "lolo" Sky's The Limit is a great place for BBQ at extremely reasonable prices. The beach at Anse Marcel is lovely. We had a terrific lunch there as well. We will return next year for another perfect vacation. Susan & Michael"

  • Perfect Penthouse

"This property is breathtakingly beautiful. We stayed in the Queen Penthouse for 5 days in November. The two outdoor decks are spacious with amazing views of the ocean and cliffs. We loved to sunbathe on the top deck in the mornings. The bedrooms and baths are quite large and beautiful. Before our arrival, we viewed photos online of the Queen Penthouse. The photos did fairly represent the condo, but they do not truly capture its beauty. The condo easily accommodates a large group with sufficient areas to enjoy time together and areas to enjoy private time. The owner, Alan, was flexible and helpful making our entire experience easy. The Cliffs facility in general is also quite lovely with a gym, private pools, private beach and a cafe. We enjoyed the amenities on the property. During our stay, the beach was perfect. Although not large, it may be one of the most beautiful beaches ever seen with caves and the surrounding cliffs. We would definitely rent from Alan again and we would definitely return to the Queen Penthouse again."

  • Vacation Paradise!!

"My family and I rented Villa Sea Watch for a 10 day stay in August of this year to celebrate my 50th birthday. After many weeks of research online, Sea Watch moved to the top of my list of choices and I can only say how glad I am it was my final choice. The villa couldn’t have been more comfortable and everything about it made the vacation a very memorable one. The villa location is unbeatable. It’s centrally located on the island, within walking distance of beautiful Dawn Beach and yet it’s just secluded enough for the perfect private vacation. The view from the patio and pool is spectacular and we spent the majority of our time at the villa basking in the outdoor area enjoying the pool and the ocean breezes. In addition to the location, one of the best things about the villa is the layout. All three bedrooms have a spectacular ocean view and their own private baths. The large master suite is on the upper level and the other two bedrooms are on the main level with the kitchen and main dining area. The lower lever has the living area, a bar and a smaller dining area with a spectacular view and easy access to the pool area. We were very impressed with the supermarkets on the island and had no problem finding everything we needed to prepare meals at the villa. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed and the bar located on the lower level was very handy for making frozen drinks for the long days by the pool. The villa was our main focus for the vacation as we really wanted to get away from it all – but we did do a few other things during out stay including visits to Dawn Beach & Orient Beach, a day sailing trip to Prickly Pear and Anguilla (beautiful) and an afternoon on Pinel Island – highly recommended for relaxing! My last mention has to be the fantastic owner/manager Cherie. She promptly answered every question I had prior to our trip, made the rental process easy and had a fantastic gift basket waiting for us upon our arrival. The support staff was also great, including Alain (suggested by Cherie for our car rental and highly recommended); Alice, who guided us to the villa and gave us the information we needed to start our stay; and Paul, just a phone call away and very helpful for any questions about the villa. We’re definitely hoping to return to St. Maarten in the future and without a doubt Villa Sea Watch will be our home away from home. After our experience there I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!"

St Maarten Travel Tips

St. Maarten Resorts Present a Personal Holiday

Do you want a personal stay, where it feels like the owners have set everything up just for you? If you want a kitchen for home-cooked meals, a centrally located home, and the sunrise outside your bedroom window then St. Maarten lodging is precisely what you need. Act now as every year, more and more people find the little gem that holds St. Maarten resorts. You will have your pick of St. Maarten rentals along the coastline on Antilles.

The Antilles and St. Maarten Lodging

Antilles is a large island in the Caribbean waiting to greet you with perfect St. Maarten rentals. The island is owned by the French and the Dutch which peacefully share the land. St. Maarten is the Dutch side of Antilles, which is also the smaller portion of the landmass. The French spelling of St. Maarten is St. Martin, which helps you locate the proper St. Maarten lodging when you plan your vacation. The climate at St. Maarten resorts is a sunny and balmy 80 degrees Fahrenheit virtually year-round, so you can visit at any time of year.

St. Maarten Rentals near Ruby Bute’s Studio

A true delight for many vacationers to St. Maarten rentals is visiting Ruby Bute, one of the most famous island artists. She creates botanical landscapes and images of island life through her paintings and poetry. Her studio and gallery are open in Marigot, north of downtown near Friar’s Bay. You might want to call first to make sure she is welcoming visitors for the day you plan the trip, and bring local currency to come home with one of her reasonably priced prints.

Island Gambling at St. Maarten Resorts

St. Maarten lodging is conveniently located near the island’s 12 casinos. All of these casinos are located on the Dutch side and with gaming in the European mode. Spend your late nights inside the St. Maarten resorts' casinos, and your days along the various beaches.
