  • Felt like coming home!!

"We stayed at Alexina's Dream for the second time in 2 years. Yvan and his staff outdid themselves again. We arrived to a sparkling clean and beautiful home again. The refrigerator was stocked again and allowed us to just relax from the moment we walked in. There was a new jacuzzi since our last visit which was such a nice addition. Yvan is such a pleasure to work with. Can not recommend this highly enough!!"

  • Beautiful Condo

"This penthouse condo is a true penthouse, we did have the best of views! Panoramic views. It includes two indoor jacuzzi tubs, three showers and hot tub outside. Bath and bedrooms are very large, and could easily accomodate 8. Furniture is comfy and very nice. The condo is well furnished, well stocked with cleaning products, bedding, comfortable beds, lots of towels, beach towels as well. Hair appliances. We met the cleaning staff and they are very nice also. The only issue was with the pool not being useful for the majority of our stay, however this was being fixed whilst we were there. Security is very friendly at the gate. Also do not expect interaction with other condo guests, we barely seen anyone anywhere. Very close to Maho (walking distance) as well as Maho and Mullet Beach. Maho has a great grocery store with good prepared food as well for very cheap. There is a casino in Maho and a few clubs. We found club scene to be very young. Would highly recommend this location and the owners Ron and Susan as they are quick to respond and trustworthy."

  • Great (extended) family vacation!

"We just finished our first stay at this villa and had a wonderful time. Our family vacation comprised 8 adults so we made use of the whole villa both upstairs and downstairs. The villa is nice and clean and beautiful; the pool is clean and inviting and was used every day; the beach really is only a 5 minute walk away; the television had more than enough to keep some of the younger adults happy; and all of us used the WIFI with no issues. The kitchen was well equipped and had an induction stove which was a first for us and we used it often. There were 3 or 4 French coffee/pastry shops on the walk to the beach and we used them frequently. There are 6 or so great restaurants where we ate dinner on two evenings. There is also a very well stocked convenience/grocery store. The beach has great sand and bars/restaurants with clean rest rooms and chairs/umbrellas can be rented from several restaurants ($20 or less for two chairs and an umbrella). We grilled out at the villa twice and we drove to Grand Case (very short ride) on two nights - once to visit the much recommended LOLO named Taste of the Town and then another to visit a French restaurant (of which there are many). We completed every jigsaw puzzle we could find. We met both the owner and property manager and they were very responsive and helpful. Very happy with our choice to stay at this villa! HP"

  • Great beachfront location

"We were looking for an up to date, well maintained location with easy access to the beach. We were not disappointed, as this rental was all of that and more. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The unit is secure, well maintained and has a great kitchen. It was so easy to walk in from the beach to grab a snack and be able to walk right back out. The beach is large, clean and quiet. On most days we felt like we were the only ones out there. The water was calm, free of seaweed and no rocks to worry about. We took our 14 year old and the three of us had plenty of room. The local cell phone, wifi and internet phone that were included were all a plus. The property manager did a great job in the 'orientation', giving us many valuable tips for enjoying the island and getting settled (groceries, dining, excursions, etc.)."

St Maarten Travel Tips

St. Maarten Resorts Present a Personal Holiday

Do you want a personal stay, where it feels like the owners have set everything up just for you? If you want a kitchen for home-cooked meals, a centrally located home, and the sunrise outside your bedroom window then St. Maarten lodging is precisely what you need. Act now as every year, more and more people find the little gem that holds St. Maarten resorts. You will have your pick of St. Maarten rentals along the coastline on Antilles.

The Antilles and St. Maarten Lodging

Antilles is a large island in the Caribbean waiting to greet you with perfect St. Maarten rentals. The island is owned by the French and the Dutch which peacefully share the land. St. Maarten is the Dutch side of Antilles, which is also the smaller portion of the landmass. The French spelling of St. Maarten is St. Martin, which helps you locate the proper St. Maarten lodging when you plan your vacation. The climate at St. Maarten resorts is a sunny and balmy 80 degrees Fahrenheit virtually year-round, so you can visit at any time of year.

St. Maarten Rentals near Ruby Bute’s Studio

A true delight for many vacationers to St. Maarten rentals is visiting Ruby Bute, one of the most famous island artists. She creates botanical landscapes and images of island life through her paintings and poetry. Her studio and gallery are open in Marigot, north of downtown near Friar’s Bay. You might want to call first to make sure she is welcoming visitors for the day you plan the trip, and bring local currency to come home with one of her reasonably priced prints.

Island Gambling at St. Maarten Resorts

St. Maarten lodging is conveniently located near the island’s 12 casinos. All of these casinos are located on the Dutch side and with gaming in the European mode. Spend your late nights inside the St. Maarten resorts' casinos, and your days along the various beaches.
