  • • We cannot wait to return

"We loved the villa and the location. Anna was a pleasure to work. Three adults and 2 kids. Perfect space with 3 bedrooms, the pool and hot tub were perfect with the kids. When the adults wanted to relax, the kids had the pool and hot tub to keep them occupied. 1 minute walk to the beach and the Waikiki beach bar. We had been to the islands many times, but 1st time with the kids. Anna is a wealth of information and pointed us to new restaurants which we enjoyed. The villa is as described, no complaints or recommendations, maybe 1, an automatic ice maker, ran out of ice for the cocktails a few times. My family and I thank you Anna for making it a wonderful vacation."

  • Great condo!

"Great location. We walked to Simpson Bay beach, Maho Bay beach, & Mullet Bay beach from the condo! Dollar bus is awesome and they stop wherever you want to get off. Tons of great places to eat nearby. The pool and property was awesome. Jackie was great and very helpful! The only down side to the condo was that it had ants. We had to keep every food item in the fridge. They were just little ants so not a huge deal to us. Awesome holiday!!"

  • Great villa with a spectacular view!

"My husband and I just spent a month at Villa Acropole and didn't want to go back home! This was the second year we vacationed in this villa, staying a month each year. The view is breathtaking! It is just a 10 minute walk from Orient Beach, which is the best beach on the island. There are lots of bars/restaurants on the beach, and plenty of beach loungers for sunbathing or relaxing. The villa is spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. The dining table outside is where we ate all our meals, so we could enjoy the fabulous view of the ocean. The pool is very large, and there is a small refrigerator for your beverages! The owners, ZouZou and Alain were great! Great place and we highly recommend it! Hope to return for our third year!"

  • What a fantastic vacation!

"La Casita was a wonderful escape from the dreary winter weather. Upon arrival, we got that fantastic glimpse of the sparkling Caribbean! It was hard to tear ourselves away from it to visit other places. The sunsets were to die for, something different every night. The Villa was spotless and kept that way by Deneese. I travelled with my husband and 2 sisters. As others have said, the layout of the bedrooms offer complete privacy from each other and never did we feel on top of each other. The kitchen was fully functional and perfect to make meals to enjoy outdoors. Sitting outside with the lovely Caribbean breeze to cool you off was wonderful. TVs worked perfectly (not that you go away to watch tv!), WIFI was really good, no issues what so ever. We were close to Sunset Beach and could walk there and to the Maho market in about 10 minutes. Karackters was also within walking distance and we enjoyed the beach and drinks there several times through out our stay. I have rented many homes while on vacation and I can say without doubt, that La Casita is one of my top choices and I would definitely want to stay here again and again. I must also add that Peter was absolutely wonderful to work with. I booked this last minute and he was very accommodating and informative. What an absolute pleasure! If you're looking for a perfect accommodation, with spectacular views, lovely comfortable furnishings and being lulled to sleep by lapping waves, then stay at La Casita! It's definitely a home away from home. Thank you Peter for sharing this wonderful property!"

St Maarten Travel Tips

St. Maarten Resorts Present a Personal Holiday

Do you want a personal stay, where it feels like the owners have set everything up just for you? If you want a kitchen for home-cooked meals, a centrally located home, and the sunrise outside your bedroom window then St. Maarten lodging is precisely what you need. Act now as every year, more and more people find the little gem that holds St. Maarten resorts. You will have your pick of St. Maarten rentals along the coastline on Antilles.

The Antilles and St. Maarten Lodging

Antilles is a large island in the Caribbean waiting to greet you with perfect St. Maarten rentals. The island is owned by the French and the Dutch which peacefully share the land. St. Maarten is the Dutch side of Antilles, which is also the smaller portion of the landmass. The French spelling of St. Maarten is St. Martin, which helps you locate the proper St. Maarten lodging when you plan your vacation. The climate at St. Maarten resorts is a sunny and balmy 80 degrees Fahrenheit virtually year-round, so you can visit at any time of year.

St. Maarten Rentals near Ruby Bute’s Studio

A true delight for many vacationers to St. Maarten rentals is visiting Ruby Bute, one of the most famous island artists. She creates botanical landscapes and images of island life through her paintings and poetry. Her studio and gallery are open in Marigot, north of downtown near Friar’s Bay. You might want to call first to make sure she is welcoming visitors for the day you plan the trip, and bring local currency to come home with one of her reasonably priced prints.

Island Gambling at St. Maarten Resorts

St. Maarten lodging is conveniently located near the island’s 12 casinos. All of these casinos are located on the Dutch side and with gaming in the European mode. Spend your late nights inside the St. Maarten resorts' casinos, and your days along the various beaches.
