"Our family recently stayed on St. Maarten for 8 nights - we had a great visit and were really comfortable in the condo. The location was so convenient to everything, including Mullet Bay (our favorite beach) and came fully equipped with everything we needed including snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. The unit is roomy and well furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. A large open patio with easy access to the very large pool made for a very enjoyable stay. One of our guests slept on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable, too. A great vacation in great accommodations. We'll be back!"Guest: Melissa Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 27, 2014View listing
"We stayed Oct 15-19 2014 and can't say enough about the condo, the property or the experience. From the accommodations to the view to the location, I can't imagine a better place to stay on St. Martin. First, the condo is beautiful. High end finishes, and everything (I mean everything) you could ever need - there was even a coffee grinder! Very comfortable. The condo overlooks Dawn Beach and is centrally located to get from one place to the next - we spent time in Orient Beach, Marigot, Grand Case, etc. Every time we came back to the condo, it felt like we were coming home. So relaxing! The owners are super attentive and provided great recommendations - thanks Rick & Barbara! We will definitely be back!"Guest: dennis c. "It's a chilly Sunday here in Maryland and I find myself wishing it was July 13th and we were just arriving in St Maarten's all over again!! We had a fantastic time during our July 2 week visit to St Maarten's and Ocean's Club Villa # 5. Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves still lingers in my memory. The Monkey Grill Cafe was a VERY pleasant surprise as the owner Sal and his assistant Marjorie made us feel so welcome and we loved Rib and Pasta Night and 2 for 1 Happy Hour. I am so sorry that it took me so long to send you this note but it just hit me today with the weather change how much we really enjoyed our vacation to Cupecoy Bay and would definitely make this a repeat trip. I don't know what was meant by "rundown condition", mentioned in another review...we saw NO evidence of that at the Villa or Ocean Club. I need a Presidente w/ Rum Jumbie shot!"Guest: J. v. "Pics don't do La Casita justice. House is well appointed, pool and views to die for, telephone free from/to USA is a plus. Location close to everything (need to have a car). We had 10 great days here 6 of us ranging from 28-58 years old. Even had "bonus" of going thru Hurricane Gonzalo on our 2nd to last day. WOW- a little scary but overall a thrilling experience and La Casita held up considering strength of storm. Deneese the housekeeper is a joy- one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Looking at going back next year- love St Martin and love La Casita- Thanks Peter!"Guest: Bos and Debbie Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 19, 2014View listing

The Antilles and St. Maarten Lodging
Antilles is a large island in the Caribbean waiting to greet you with perfect St. Maarten rentals. The island is owned by the French and the Dutch which peacefully share the land. St. Maarten is the Dutch side of Antilles, which is also the smaller portion of the landmass. The French spelling of St. Maarten is St. Martin, which helps you locate the proper St. Maarten lodging when you plan your vacation. The climate at St. Maarten resorts is a sunny and balmy 80 degrees Fahrenheit virtually year-round, so you can visit at any time of year.
St. Maarten Rentals near Ruby Bute’s Studio
A true delight for many vacationers to St. Maarten rentals is visiting Ruby Bute, one of the most famous island artists. She creates botanical landscapes and images of island life through her paintings and poetry. Her studio and gallery are open in Marigot, north of downtown near Friar’s Bay. You might want to call first to make sure she is welcoming visitors for the day you plan the trip, and bring local currency to come home with one of her reasonably priced prints.
Island Gambling at St. Maarten Resorts
St. Maarten lodging is conveniently located near the island’s 12 casinos. All of these casinos are located on the Dutch side and with gaming in the European mode. Spend your late nights inside the St. Maarten resorts' casinos, and your days along the various beaches.
