  • Amazing experince

"We stayed at the condo for 10 days. We had a wonderful time. Sylvie took very good care of us and ensured we had everything we needed. My kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach. We highly recommend this rental. Could not have been a more perfect vacation. Thank you Sylvie, we miss St Martin already. Stephanie"

  • Looking for a romantic getaway? This is it!!

"Villa Leone is a beautiful unit in the Guana Bay Villas. The unit sits right at the waterfront. We chose to stay on the first floor, "The Waves" . With the drapes open, we could wake to see the ocean, and go to sleep in the moonlight. The villa looks exactly as the pictures portray. It is bright, immaculate, and has all the amenities one could desire. The queen beds were new, sporting the softest of sheets and a cozy comforter. The unit had plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we required. We chose to grill one evening, and dine on the patio by moonlight. Very romantic! The area is quiet and secluded. This is not the typical hotel/resort atmosphere. If you are looking for crowds you won't find it here. But, if you like privacy, and don't like to share your space with a huge crowd, you will love this villa. The pool is clean and well-maintained. And, the beach-access is just a short walk. You must have a car to access the area, and it is best to shop on your way in. The villa is a short ride to Phillipsburg, where you can walk along the "boardwalk" and enjoy local restaurants, shopping and the beach. For a lavish treat, take a ride to Pinelle Island, where you will find a beautiful beach, crystal clear water, and the best spiny lobster, as you dine right at the water!! Yummy. And, you may want to stop in at Topper's in Simpson Bay for a casual meal and lots of fun at karaoke. This was a fifth trip to St. Maarten, and the villa offered a different perspective to staying in a resort. We so enjoyed this trip, and look forward to next year."

"Our stay at the villa was good. Perfect location, gated community, grocery store 5 min away, restaurants 10 min away. Villa was very nice, modern design, pool was clean. The beach by the villa oh ok, small, a lot of sea widths, but kayaking was fun. You can kayk to pine island, or you can walk to the boat that takes you there for $10 ( the boat driver was very nasty, good luck to you) the guy at pine island who give you for $20 2 chairs and umbrella was not nice too by karibuny restaurant, stay away from that restaurant. Problem: nobody meet us at airport ( I know out flight was late, but this was not our fault), so we whent to get car rental, where at the office one of the employee let me use his phone to call Philippe, who supposed to meet us at airport, luckily hi pick up the phone and told my to meet him in col de sack by the pharmacy. I had no idea where the pharmacy is, yes I did know where col de sack is, so luckily we did found the pharmacy and Philippe was there waiting for us:(. I think this is not the right way Jerome welcoming people to your villa. This is not cool ok. Good luck to you, may be you will have better experience than us at St Martin"

"My husband and I were on the Island for a conference and vacation. The condo was beautiful and in a great location, with ocean and mountain views. Having morning coffee on the balcony was a great way to begin the day. Quick walk to the beach and 5 minute ride to the French side of the Island which was our favorite. We were able to experience many of St Maarten's beaches, Pinel Island one of our faves. Would definately come back!"

St Maarten Travel Tips

St. Maarten Resorts Present a Personal Holiday

Do you want a personal stay, where it feels like the owners have set everything up just for you? If you want a kitchen for home-cooked meals, a centrally located home, and the sunrise outside your bedroom window then St. Maarten lodging is precisely what you need. Act now as every year, more and more people find the little gem that holds St. Maarten resorts. You will have your pick of St. Maarten rentals along the coastline on Antilles.

The Antilles and St. Maarten Lodging

Antilles is a large island in the Caribbean waiting to greet you with perfect St. Maarten rentals. The island is owned by the French and the Dutch which peacefully share the land. St. Maarten is the Dutch side of Antilles, which is also the smaller portion of the landmass. The French spelling of St. Maarten is St. Martin, which helps you locate the proper St. Maarten lodging when you plan your vacation. The climate at St. Maarten resorts is a sunny and balmy 80 degrees Fahrenheit virtually year-round, so you can visit at any time of year.

St. Maarten Rentals near Ruby Bute’s Studio

A true delight for many vacationers to St. Maarten rentals is visiting Ruby Bute, one of the most famous island artists. She creates botanical landscapes and images of island life through her paintings and poetry. Her studio and gallery are open in Marigot, north of downtown near Friar’s Bay. You might want to call first to make sure she is welcoming visitors for the day you plan the trip, and bring local currency to come home with one of her reasonably priced prints.

Island Gambling at St. Maarten Resorts

St. Maarten lodging is conveniently located near the island’s 12 casinos. All of these casinos are located on the Dutch side and with gaming in the European mode. Spend your late nights inside the St. Maarten resorts' casinos, and your days along the various beaches.
