"The first day we had a problem with the airlines but once we got to the House, all our problems went away! Mind you the power went out that morning due to a thunderstorm the day before but, I'm a survivalist & me & my family jumped into that beautiful cool pool and stayed there for hours! By then the power was back on & we went inside & took a nap. Afterwards my family came to visit me & thought it was my house. This house looks like a mansion to me & my family & I enjoyed every moment in the house & with my family. Mr. Luciano the owner attended to all our needs, no matter if we needed directions, places to eat & places to see. He was on call whenever we needed him. You can't ask for a better host. At night the sounds of the coquis was amazing & so relax-full & when your ready to go to bed the rooms have A/C along with very comfortable beds & pillows. I've never slept so great! My brother took me to this restaurant called "Don Quixote" which makes the best Mofungo which is seasoned plantains in a bowl & your choice of meat or seafood, a must try! Panadarias are bakeries that make awesome sandwiches & excellent coffee, none of that starbucks crap! The beaches are amazing and it's very close by & Mr. Luciano has maps & places of interest for you to go. You're on the West side of the island where there are Supermarkets, Krispy Kreme, bakeries, Beaches, Flea Markets, & plenty of wonderful restaurants for you to chose. One more thing, when your in the pool look up pass the pool side wall & you will see the tropical & lush forest that makes this place so tranquil & so relaxing that I just didn't want to go! I highly recommend this property and Mr. Luciano, thank you for sharing your beautiful house with me & my family! Till next time, you can count on that."

"We have been diving Bonaire for about ten years and have sampled quite a few accommodations and have found most of them to be great. However, we knew when we opened the door that we would want to return.
The unit is spacious and nicely decorated having everything one might need. The location and proximity to dive gear and reef made for easy last dives of the day. we started our day with a long swim right out front and often ended with a twilight/ night dive.
From coffee at the waters edge to sunsets there, the mood was relaxed.
The owner was most helpful with the booking also.
We hope to be back on Bonaire next year and probably will schedule our time around the availability of this unit.
Back in the cold. Northeast now but loving that also."

"I was searching for the perfect destination to provide a relaxing and refreshing vacation experience for my husband, myself and my two boys (1.5 yrs and 6 yrs). As soon as I saw this property I knew that this was the perfect place for my family. We were not disappointed and actually had our expectations surpassed by the comfort, beauty and convenience that the Grande Bay provided us. We stayed in the 1BR comfortably and enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen and eating on the patio soaking in the gorgeous view. We did not need a rental car because everything that Cruz Bay has to offer was in walking distance or available by cab. We did rent a car for one day so that we could travel around the entire island. As a family we were able to relax and focus on enjoying the company of each other on the island of St. John. We went to a different beach every day, enjoyed walking around Mongoose Junction and the Wharf Side shops, swimming in the salt-water pool at the resort, and experiencing different restaurants. The kids (and myself!) never tired of watching the chickens, searching for iguanas, baby lizards, goats and wild donkeys. We really did hate to leave and look forward to our next trip to St. John, hopefully in Tom's unit which had everything that you will need for your stay as well as comfort and safety. Thank you Tom.. with your help we truly had the best vacation of our lives.

"We all had a great time despite the cloudy weather. Fortunately it only rained briefly early one morning so our daytime plans were not hampered. Your house is really just great and you are so thoughtful about provisioning and in your Information Booklet. We would certainly recommend Island Time to our friends. While there we did get to do some hikes, visit the Museum and ate dinner at the Star Restaurant…twice (Monday and Wed). We planned to eat at the Captain’s Table on Wed and drove by early in the day to see if they were open and their sign said that they were open on Wed’s but when went back later, there was a sign on the door that said they were closed for the day so we headed back to the Star Restaurant. We decided that we needed to call ahead which we did on Friday. When we got there, they told us the power had gone out about 10 minutes ago and after some discussion, the conclusion reached by several of the people in the bar area was that the power was usually out from 1-3 hours so we decided to get some jerk from Barry and eat in which we did. The power was out about 1-1/2 hrs so it was good we didn’t wait around. Life on island time…you just need to go with the flow which we did!"
