  • Costa Vista Fitts Village

"Excellent location with supermarket, and restaurants in walking distance. Excellent beach steps away, great snorkelling and swimming. Views from the villa a great especially at sunset as you face west from upper deck. Car is recommended but not necessary since there is a bus stop at the end of the street. The owners are very attentive and if things are not working they get it fixed right away. We were two retired couples in our 60s and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"I love my family and we love spending time together but I work and everyone has their own lives to live, so, once a year I make it a point to get together with all of them and this time was at Villa Mo....what a wonderfull place!! I felt everything was just perfect, the house is so cute, the yard is perfect for my grandchildren to run around, play ball or play with their water toys. The food is very good and you can trust what you are eating because Yany, the maid, is just what you need to complete a great vacation. The Portillo beach is the best of the best for my family because kids can go in without being scared of high waves or the water being too deep...and, the sun...oh, the sun is great, but, using sunscreen is a must. A perfect day is going for a walk when you wake up (it is a must to use a good insect repelent) and maybe swimming a bit too, then go back to the house and have a Dominican breakfast , then take a "breakfast nap" and then go to the beach with a Presidente beer and some snacks and stay there doing nothing or reading or swimming or kite surfing if you dare or....just being on vacations!! Then going back to the house and going into the little pool will freshen up your body and after a while you can have a nice dinner or go out to Terrenas to one of the many good small restaurants you can find (if you like disco dancing, you'll find that too). Or, if you like, talk to Monica, the owner, and tell her you would like to eat marshmallows in a bonfire at night and she can arrange it too. I truly appreciate Monica and Cuqui's hospitality, their help in making our stay at Villa Mo and unforgettable one was a complete success!!"

  • Perfect Cottage on Eleuthera

"We could not have asked for a better accommodation on Eleuthera. The location was ideal as we had access to both Governor's Harbour and Harbour Island, but at the same time the cottage location was quiet and peaceful. There are countless beaches nearby, which are easy to access. We were able to relax, snorkel and fly fish on a daily basis. At night, there are a few restaurant options within easy driving distance such as Rainbow Inn, The Cove and Laughing Lizard. However, we preferred to eat in most nights as the kitchen offers all the appliances one would need to prepare a nice meal. The beach across the street was perfect for snorkeling or a quick swim but a bit rocky for walking or lounging. The house itself was in great condition and the front porch was tough to beat with a cup of coffee in the morning. Great view! Overall, Belle Marre is an excellent option for those looking to truly relax within in their own comforts yet have access to beaches, restaurants and towns. - Dan"

  • the sound of the ocean still resonates...

"It's a chilly Sunday here in Maryland and I find myself wishing it was July 13th and we were just arriving in St Maarten's all over again!! We had a fantastic time during our July 2 week visit to St Maarten's and Ocean's Club Villa # 5. Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves still lingers in my memory. The Monkey Grill Cafe was a VERY pleasant surprise as the owner Sal and his assistant Marjorie made us feel so welcome and we loved Rib and Pasta Night and 2 for 1 Happy Hour. I am so sorry that it took me so long to send you this note but it just hit me today with the weather change how much we really enjoyed our vacation to Cupecoy Bay and would definitely make this a repeat trip. I don't know what was meant by "rundown condition", mentioned in another review...we saw NO evidence of that at the Villa or Ocean Club. I need a Presidente w/ Rum Jumbie shot!"
