"The Treehouse II location has absolutely breath-taking views of the Pitons. The first time we saw the Pitons from the deck we were awestruck....not only do you get great views from the deck, but also from the pool and from the higher level bedroom. The unit was well-equipped with most every item you would expect to have at home, was clean and well maintained. It is a cottage-like unit so it is a pretty basic interior. We never used the air conditioning in the bedroom while we were there as we preferred to have the deck doors open and the fan going instead and it was fine for sleeping. It did get really warm during the afternoon as the sun beats in to the living area however it was tolerable with a fan running. The pool and area is small but is good to take a dip in and relax and read a book. The landscaping and foliage in and around the property is stunning....well planned and well taken care of. The area is pretty private yet you are only a 5 minute drive into Soufriere or to great beaches. The staff (especially Charmaine) were great and it was nice to have Sam there too - had a great time with you folks! Would definitely recommend the Treehouse II for any couple as we will have wonderful memories of our time in St. Lucia because of this place!!"Guest: Brenda Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 8, 2014View listing
"We LOVED this apartment! A big positive was it had comfortable furniture, nice wall canvas artwork, and a great bed for two large adults. We are not small people and beds in vacation rentals are always a question for us. We were nervous about this rental, but, we were very happily surprised to find a firm bed with nice pillows. The bedroom and outer living room are separated. The bedroom had a nice closet with space for hanging clothes and a small safe for money and passport storage. The bathroom had a large tub, good water pressure, and adequate hot water. Clean bath towels were furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the fridge was suitably large. A washing machine was also included. The bedroom was air conditioned and the outer living room was not, however, the outer room is on the east side of the building and out of the sun so it stayed cool with breezes. The plunge is clean, lit, and private with a good size. The apartment is located in a rural setting with nice views looking east, yet, close to Rodney Bay. Security is adequate with a lockable gate and acceptable parking located along an access road. The owners were very helpful and the reservation process was easy. They provided several amenities including an information booklet on local businesses, a local cell phone for our use, and a small TV. Both 240V and 120V power outlets. We were also happy with the rental cost. All utilities included and a very competitive rental cost compared to a hotel. We would recommend this rental for anyone looking for a private experience and those wanting to keep away from the fast pace of a hotel stay. The Gros Islet area and Rodney Bay offer plenty of beaches and water sports activity."Guest: Bruce W. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 31, 2014View listing
"Oh my goodness. I can't say enough about the wonderful time we had at Beau Rivage this past week. We had the best family vacation ever. It was 11 of us and the ages ranged from 14-61. The majority of us are ages 30-40 and are very active. Everyone had a great time. The villa is beautiful and is located in a great spot. There were two beaches that we visited daily each was a short walk away. One beach was great for watersports and the other for snorkeling. The water was crystal clear and the beaches were not crowded at all. We played group volleyball, waterskied, went water tubing, sailing, and snorkeling. There were a couple of days when we just went out into the backyard, fired up the grill and had pool parties. The villa was perfect. The staff seasoned the food for the backyard cookouts. We utilized the outdoor surround speaker system for musical entertainment while we swam and hung out in the hot tub. The staff cooked breakfast and lunch for us everyday and the food was excellent! Fedora and Odessa were great. They were so helpful and our group just fell in love with them. Fedora made sure she brought us a couple of Mangos when she found out it was my husband's favorite fruit. George drove us everywhere we wanted to go and Kris Wagner arranged the tours for us. She was the "make it happen" lady. Our family is accustomed to staying in all-inclusive resorts for our family vacations, but this time we wanted to try something a little different. I can tell you that this vacation was far better than all the others. There was something for everyone to do at all times. We visited the Volcano, took a mud bath, hung out under the waterfall, took a day sail trip, visited a cocoa plantation, got massages, snorkeled, and just truly enjoyed each other's company. The only regret we each had was not booking the home a few days more. The owner thought of everything. Anything you could need, is already in place. If you are looking for a great time and just want to enjoy each other I highly recommend Beau Rivage. I planned this family vacation and I feel sorry for the next person who has to plan the family vacation because this vacation set the bar pretty high. Sue ( the owner) was extremely helpful. She made sure I had all the contacts and places to go before we even made it to St. Lucia. During the week she called in to check on us and to see if there was anything we needed. Everything was first class. I can't say enough about the place."Guest: Dana T. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 16, 2014View listing
"We rented this property on the recommendation of friends and had researched it and others before booking. The photos of Admiral View on the website are great; but, to experience this place in person is even better! Jessica greeted us upon our arrival, and both Jessica and Pinkley stopped by on the second day to be sure we were settled and everything was okay. They are truly gracious people who wanted to be sure all our expectations were met. Not only were our expectations met, they were exceeded!! The property and villa are beautiful, classy, comfortable, spacious and clean. The view from the balconies is spectacular and the grounds are lovely! The amenities made us feel like we were at home; this was very important to us as we did not want to be in a resort with hundreds of other tourists. It was great to have the pool for the days when we didn't feel like going to the beach and we enjoyed sitting poolside at night to have a nightcap. We appreciated that Admiral View is in a quiet, residential area; yet, you are only about a 5-minute drive to Rodney Bay for shopping, restaurants, nightlife and beaches. Jessica and Pinkley are wonderful people who obviously take pride in their villas and they make sure you have a truly great vacation experience. We are so glad that we chose Admiral Villa and have already indicated that we will be returning next year. This is a rare find and a true gem!!"Guest: Kim P.
