  • Excellent Vacation Home

"We absolutely loved your house. I have rented for years using VRBO all over the country and your place was the best by far. The breeze is the most remarkable feature of the house. It allowed us to sit in the porch late into the night and relax and talk without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. The hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed and we only used the a/c for sleeping, in fact my teenager did not use it at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was absolutely lovely. Internet worked fine...no issues at all. Thank You for allowing us to stay at Christy Ann!"

"First time to Cabarete and I think we found a jewel - beautiful place right on the breach, clean, large 2 Bdrms with a HUGE living room and a kitchen area. We definitely plan on coming back to continue learning Kite Surfing and would not consider staying anywhere else"

  • Seniors visiting daughter and grandson who live in St Thomas

"A great place to spend a week or few days! Everything was as we expected it to be and the position is perfect. Loved having 3 restaurants within walking distance and especially liked the Lobster Grill at the far end of the beach at Bolongo Bay Resort. Enjoyed the half day sail to Turtle Cove on the catamaran too. Definitely recommend hiring a car as there are lots of other bays and beaches to explore. We went to Avis downtown and had no problem."

  • I already miss this place!

"My wife, two daughters (age 3 and 1), grandmother and great-aunt and I stayed here from the 9-13th of APR 2014. We really enjoyed it! The pictures on the website, in my opinion, do not do justice to the home. IT is beautiful with beautiful views, in a safe and secure community, with awesome amenities. I consider myself a very cautious shopper-- we looked at about 15 different homes before deciding on this one. I'm SO glad we picked this one, too. Luis was a great person to deal with. He was available, via text of phone calls, for quick questions during the duration of our stay. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend this unit for families, I full expect to stay here on our next trip to PR! A+++++++ Payten & Alaina"

St. Vincent & the Grenadines Travel Tips

Visitors to St. Vincent Vacation Rentals

St. Vincent is part of a group of islands known as the Grenadines. The island is located in the Caribbean Sea, approximately 100 miles west of the island of Barbados and between Grenada and Saint Lucia. It is one of the lesser-known vacation destinations in the Caribbean and attracts those who are looking for a quieter beach vacation where they can enjoy the natural surroundings of the island and take part in a range of water sport activities at leisure. Many visitors are scuba diving enthusiasts who come to explore the beautiful coral reefs.

Stylish Paradise at St. Vincent Villas

When you arrive at your St. Vincent villa, it is likely that you will be greeted with a friendly smile and a quick orientation of your home. Once you have settled in, you can admire the awesome views out over the bay. Many of the vacation homes on St. Vincent are located on the beachfront or just up on the hillside so you can appreciate the beautiful island surroundings. The homes vary in size and style from quaint cottages to stylish modern villas. Living areas generally open up onto an outdoor deck where you can enjoy meals and socialize. Most homes have televisions and entertainment centers. The kitchens are functional with a host of modern appliances to make vacation catering easy. Often the bedrooms will also lead out onto private decks so you can enjoy breakfast on the patio if you so choose.

Best Time of Year St. Vincent Resort Rentals

If you are looking to escape the colder winter weather from your hometown in the United States or Canada, look to the tropical paradise of St. Vincent. The best time of year to travel here is in the northern hemisphere's winter months which run from December to April. The days are still nice and sunny, and the humidity is also much less than during the summer months. In general, there is little seasonal temperature difference; rather it is the humidity that makes it feel hotter. Rainfall occurs throughout the year but is most frequent in the summer months which run from June to October. Occasional tropical storms can blow through and these occur most often in August and September. Aside from this time of year, St. Vincent has ideal weather for a year-round vacation.

Attractions at Caribbean Vacation Rentals in St. Vincent

St. Vincent is unique in that it is one of the few Caribbean islands to have both black and white sand beaches. Because it is a volcanic island, the vast majority of the beaches are black sand. The landscape of the island is dominated by the active volcano of La Soufriere which last erupted in 1979. Prior to that, it had two previous recorded eruptions in 1812 and 1902. If you want to explore the island's interior, you can join up with a rainforest eco-tour. The knowledgeable local guides will take you on a journey that will highlight the island's geological history and stunning fauna and flora.

Some of the island's main attractions are the many water sport activities that are available. The island is surrounded by colorful tropical reefs which are ideal for scuba diving. Some are also shallow enough to enjoy just via snorkeling. Because of the consistent trade winds, St. Vincent is a popular sailing destination. At the local marina, you can inquire about yacht charters. There are many skippers who will gladly take you out for a day cruise on the ocean. You can drop anchor near one of the secluded coves and swim ashore to enjoy a picnic.
