  • Absolutely perfect!

"We just got back from a 10 day stay in St. Marten. This condo is everything it's advertised to be. From the booking with Jean Pierre to our check-in with Phillipe we could not have asked for more. We have staying in Grand Case 4 times prior and this is by far the best accommodation yet. It was wonderful to have a deck both on the ocean and the street. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone interested."

  • the house at the corner of paradise and bliss

"My family and i stayed at the Royall Lyme for Thanksgiving 2014. We had never been to Harbor Island but my family has a tradition of going away for turkey day AND i was turning 40. So we decided that going to the island off the island off the island of Nassau was appropriate. Everything about the house and the island charmed our pants off. We were 6 total people including 2 young kids. The house and grounds were spectacular: lots of room; felt like our own little compound (cause it was), we had the pool heated and was a great post-beach option; not super-luxurious accommodations but felt very hutchinson island (which is all about understated luxury). There are wild roosters running around the island and the property which adds to the other worldliness of the place. All in all it felt like a fantastic fantasy island, where all the locals literally know all the other locals. 98% of people are super friendly. You will run into the stuck-up shop owner here and there (Blue Rooster) but that is quickly replaced with the charm you encounter everywhere else. And i have to say, I've never evert felt better, softer sand in my life. I stumbled upon this place online cause it was called the Nantucket of the Caribbean. And i heart Nantucket. They are both roll up your pant legs, get your feet sandy/dirty/wet. If you like the soul of nantucket vs the look at my yacht it's bigger than yours side of nantucket -then this is the island for you. It's a playground for people who live well but don't need to show off. Practical things to note: - the house is a stone's throw from where the water taxi drops you off. No need to take a cab when you get in. - Rock House takes itself way too seriously. Everywhere else was a better and more island-appropriate meal. - Sip Sip was fun and worth every penny. - Lunch at Coral Sands and Pink Sands was fun and fantastic - The island is $10 a gallon of organic milk and $30 lunch entree expensive - Low tide at the beach is God's gift to young kids. Perfect water. Perfect little bitty waves - Faye the housekeeper has a restaurant on friday-saturday that you should try - You can buy fish right off the dock when the guy comes back just before sunrise - Buy beer across the street from Queen Conch when sitting there to eat ($8 for 3 beers and 2 waters, best deal on the island)in the liquor store - From here you can walk to everything you'd want to walk to in town - no problem - you will want a cart though to get to the beach"

  • Amazing!!

"Beautiful & relaxing while at Exuma, Bahamas. One of the only vacations I have come home from relaxed physically & mentally. We had to 2 families in this particular condo (4 adults & 5 kids ages 5 years - 15 years old). The condo is very equipped with everything you will need & very updated. The grounds are clean & well cared for. There is a friendly property manager on site, which is great if you run into any problems. The view is absolutely breathtaking & the location is great. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed & 2 twin beds, so it was challenging to sleep 9 people (we had to sleep the youngest with the adults). The ocean water was a little chilly during March but we were able to still swim. Some days the waves were much stronger then others. But, luckily you have a beautiful pool & hot tub to enjoy also. Food was VERY expensive & not many options (example: box of Frosted Flakes-$9.00, Ritz crackers-$8.00). No fine dining on this island. My advice is to bring as much non perishable items you can. Others had stated they froze & shipped their meals/meats. I can understand why since the meat market did not have much of a selection (this includes fish). I recommend renting a car if you plan to leave the condo to even make grocery store visits, since nothing is really close. The grocery store is around 15-20 minutes drive one way. If you are planning to go to Little Exuma/Tropic of Cancer it is around a 45 - 1 hour drive one way."

  • Perfect retreat to enjoy the beach, rainforest and everything in between!

"My husband and I honeymooned for six nights in the Fajardo region, exploring the local culture, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque and nearby Culebra Island (via boat tour). We were appreciative of the breathtaking views from the rental as well as the care taken to furnish and decorate the interior with bright colors and appealing artwork. The kitchen was adequately stocked with appliances/cookware needed to prepare several meals during our stay. We also really enjoyed the natural sea breeze that flowed throughout the rental, keeping it cool enough during the day time so as not to miss the lack of air conditioning (the window unit in the bedroom kept the bedroom plenty cool). We had a rental car, and everything was conveniently located close by. Ralph's supermarket and other stores (for clothes, shoes, etc.) were about a 10-15 minute drive. Overall, we were very pleased with our rental. The only issue we had was the elevator. It was slow to arrive at the 23rd floor and we waited a bit on the ground level for the elevator to take us up. So just plan to wait a good few minutes for it before heading out, or when getting back from your day of adventure! Thank you Zoveida for a lovely stay!"
