"My daughter and I stayed at Mark's place on our way down to Emory University. After a long drive, we were met with a wonderful resting place. Mark is the best host and his place is immaculate, beautifully designed and decorated. The pictures don't even do this place justice! We enjoyed the peacefulness of sitting on the porch overlooking the Lake, the excellent recommendations for places to dine and the friendliness of all three of Mark's dogs. I think the highlight was the boat ride on Lake Norman at the end of the day. It made our 3 day stay perfection! Thanks Mark for a memorable time and we'll see you in the Spring!"Guest: Ellen C. "We had a fantastic Spring Break skiing at Breckenridge, and this condo was the perfect place to stay! The unit is immaculate, with a well equipped kitchen, and a gorgeous view of the mountains from the balcony. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. We would not hesitate to book this condo again. It was a wonderful vacation at a top notch resort!"Guest: Michael H. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 25, 2014View listing
"My husband and I and another couple arrived on 8/27/14 for a 9 night stay. We can't have enough good things to say! The property is beautiful, located on the beach and near downtown. It has a fantastic view of the rock formations. We were welcomed warmly by Camille's property manager, Karina, with margaritas and chips, guac and salsa. The villa is beautifully decorated in eclectic Mexican art and was fun to explore every corner. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything was in great working order. Karina arranged a driver for us who had a large suburban for the four of us. Tip: don't stop and talk to anyone at the airport until you get outside. Others will try to divert you to get you to go to timeshare presentations. We stopped at Wal-Mart on the way in which helped with dining costs. Karina helped us to arrange a dinner party catered by Catering to Cabo. They provided a wonderful steak and lobster dinner on the balcony. They were able to accommodate 17 people by rearranging and repurposing the furnishings. We enjoyed the pools and Jacuzzis on site and also the steam and sauna rooms at the spa. The maid, Minerva was great and it was wonderful to have the washer and dryer there. My husband and his friend spent 3 days fishing on the El Budster (elbudster.com). They had wonderful results catching a 280 lb. blue marlin as well as a 140 lb striped marlin, 90 lb sailfish, dorado, yellow fin tuna, bonita and sierra mackerel. We had to stay on the property during one day on hurricane Norbert but made the best of it by ordering room service and playing card games with friends. The room service was actually pretty good. We come to Cabo twice a year and this is definitely the most relaxing place we have stayed. The staff is friendly. Camille's home is like staying at your own home. We would hope that anyone staying there in the future would treat this property like their own."Guest: Cabo Mike Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 7, 2014View listing
