"My mom and I and my 3 grandchildren ages 8, 9 10, stayed here a week and it couldnt have been more perfect! There wasnt one thing we needed that wasnt there. We cooked all 3 meals everyday day in this house for all of us...even used the crock pot 3 times. The house is laid out really well, lots of places to relax and enjoy the sound of the surf, even with 5 of us there. The kids were able to go down to the beach where we could see them via the stairs right next to the patio. It was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the fireplace, the tv some nights and the beach. We visited Morro Bay, Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seals, and did some antique shopping as well. The property is well suited for all ages and is one that you could come to and just not leave for a week if you wanted! We would definately recommend it and would rent it agian."Guest: Julie Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 13, 2014View listing
"I can not say enough good things about Phoenix West! We loved staying in this condo. When we first walked in we were immediately impressed with the size of the place and with the tasteful decor. The floor plan is great for an extended family. All three bedrooms are like master suites! Each with private baths, flat screens, nice closets and plenty of storage space. A full sized washer and dryer are located in the 4th bathroom. The kitchen has nice full sized appliances, a toaster, nice dishes, expensive granite, a great bar that seats four. A separate wet bar with an ice maker that we loved! Full dining room and a very nice den area with a huge sectional sofa, 2 rockers and a big flat screen TV. A deck with very sturdy outdoor furniture which was perfect for enjoying the beautiful beach/gulf view and for watching the sunrise and the sunset! The complex has the best lazy river and water slide! We really enjoyed them both, along with the hot tub after a day on the beach. You are required to purchase a parking pass that cost about 20 bucks for the week, but the parking is covered and very close to the building elevators so we didn't mind the cost. We had a wonderful time and our experience working with the owners could not have been any better! Highly recommend this place and this unit :-)"Guest: Iranoff Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 29, 2014View listing
"I was nervous about our stay after reading the negative review, however once in the home I found that many of the issues in that review were simply not true. We found the house clean when we arrived and had no issues during our stay. The home is older than many of the beach homes and it is a rental home so with those points in mind - I think this is a great home to stay in for the price. The view and access to the beach were spectacular. The beach itself was amazing. I would definately return to this property and recommend it to my friends."Guest: Maureen E.
