"Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement. Location , location, location. This villa is just amazing. It is very close to the beach ( 2 minute walk) , some restaurants ( 4 minutes) and grocery is a quick 5 minute drive. The villa was spotless with nice furnishings, updated kitchen, everything we needed and very private. Loved the pool. The beds were comfortable, Internet was fast, good TV's and the manager fantastic. HIghly recommended. We will definitely be coming here again. Overall an excellent experience."

  • Incredible Caribbean Getaway

"We were amazed when we pulled up at the gates of the AnaCapri Estate; it is a truly beautiful villa. The gardens were full of flowers, the sun was out and that was great - and then we walked out to the pool deck and saw the view. What a view! The photos online don't capture the incredibly vast view. Seriously, I woke up early every single day just to watch the sunrise. Amazing. The villa has lots of room for everyone to enjoy: pool deck, patio, gardens - all beautifully done! We spent a lot of time hanging out at the pool deck, kitchen and dining room - loved the music system for the pool and kitchen area. Tortola is a gorgeous island and thankfully not “touristy." The sereneness and natural beauty of the island were hard to leave. We had a wonderful vacation (complete with surfing and boating)! The lava flow beach was really nice and about five minutes away from the villa. No food or bathrooms there - totally private. We took the cooler and the beach chairs and relaxed...there isn’t anything there…or anyone. We are already talking about returning…sick of the snow up north..."

  • Paradise

"We stayed at Gestalt at Steele Point this past week to celebrate my 50th birthday. I would suggest paradise is an understatement, and the better description should be UTOPIA. From the panoramic vistas from each room, the outdoor showers, the gourmet outdoor kitchen along with the close proximity to the ferry makes this villa an ideal vacation home to stay with family or friends. Irina should be proud of her property, and vacationers should feel lucky to have the opportunity to rent such a beautiful estate."

  • Great property, great location!

"My wife and 3 kids had an amazing time at this very clean and well appointed ocean front villa. The grounds of the complex were well taken care of and the pools were clean and well maintained. The view from the villa (especially the private veranda) was stunning! My kids (11,9,6) took full advantage of the boogie boards and other beach toys provided. The beach is just steps away from the pool area. The beach was very quiet and the surf was not overwhelming for the little ones. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the famed El Yunque national forest (less than 10 min away). My kids especially enjoyed making their own pizzas at the Revolution Pizza Shop at the Liquillo kiosks, we highly recommend this place. Very good Pizza! Enuiz was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We are looking forward to a future visit to PR and the Ocean Villas!"
